【摘要】：【目的/意義】加強(qiáng)高校的就業(yè)信息化建設(shè),在緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)難、促進(jìn)畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)中具有舉足輕重的作用。在當(dāng)前"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的時(shí)代背景下,高校的就業(yè)工作面臨著新形勢(shì)和新挑戰(zhàn),就業(yè)信息化建設(shè)存在著一些問(wèn)題和不足�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】在準(zhǔn)確把握新形勢(shì)下就業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵的前提下,通過(guò)調(diào)研實(shí)例明確就業(yè)信息化建設(shè)存在的信息利用率低,人才技術(shù)建設(shè)投入不足,信息不暢所致的"信息孤島"現(xiàn)象等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)建設(shè)高效的信息化平臺(tái),組建專業(yè)的信息化人才隊(duì)伍,采用云計(jì)算構(gòu)建新圖景,建立信息反饋機(jī)制等一系列切實(shí)可行的措施來(lái)暢通就業(yè)信息渠道,提升高校就業(yè)工作的效率和質(zhì)量�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】這是新形勢(shì)下高校推進(jìn)就業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的有益探索,以推動(dòng)高校就業(yè)信息化更好更快地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to strengthen the construction of employment information in colleges and universities plays an important role in alleviating the employment difficulties of college students and promoting the smooth employment of graduates. Under the background of the current "Internet" era, the employment of colleges and universities is facing new situations and challenges. There are some problems and shortcomings in the construction of employment informatization. [method / process] on the premise of accurately grasping the connotation of employment informatization construction under the new situation, it is clear that the information utilization ratio of employment informatization construction is low through investigation and research examples. The problem of "information isolated island" caused by insufficient investment in the construction of talents and technology, the phenomenon of "information island" caused by lack of information, and so on, through the construction of an efficient information platform, the establishment of a professional information talent team, the use of cloud computing to build a new picture, A series of practical measures, such as information feedback mechanism, should be established to unblock employment information channels and improve the efficiency and quality of employment work in colleges and universities. [results / conclusion] this is a useful exploration for promoting the construction of employment information in colleges and universities under the new situation. In order to promote the employment informatization of colleges and universities better and faster development.
