【摘要】：高校沉積的科技成果與企業(yè)需要的能適應和投入市場的技術往往具有一定的差距,這就需要對高校沉積的科技成果進行"二次創(chuàng)新"以促成科技成果的轉化,但是高校教師受體制限制與時間約束往往無法承擔"二次創(chuàng)新"的工作,而企業(yè)人員則往往缺乏足夠的的知識和技術積累以獨立完成對科技成果的"二次創(chuàng)新",因此"二次創(chuàng)新"的人員的缺乏是目前科技成果轉化的癥結。
[Abstract]:There is often a certain gap between the scientific and technological achievements deposited in colleges and universities and the technologies that enterprises need to adapt and put into the market. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out "secondary innovation" of the scientific and technological achievements deposited in colleges and universities in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However, teachers in colleges and universities are often unable to undertake the work of "second innovation" due to institutional constraints and time constraints. But the enterprise personnel often lack sufficient knowledge and technology accumulation to independently complete the "secondary innovation" of the scientific and technological achievements, so the lack of the "secondary innovation" personnel is the crux of the current transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
