美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:目前我國已進(jìn)入大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新時(shí)代,高校對于創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)以及創(chuàng)新精神塑造發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵性的作用,高校發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育勢在必行。由于我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育起步較晚,師資隊(duì)伍難以滿足其實(shí)際需要,制約了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。因此,構(gòu)建完善的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資體系,是當(dāng)前高校發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。美國作為最早開始創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的國家,在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育及其師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面積累了豐富的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以為我們提供寶貴的借鑒和啟示,因此文章對美國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)展開了深入的研究。論文共分五個(gè)部分,第一部分主要分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的理論依據(jù),是創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)和培訓(xùn)的前提。第二部分闡述了美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展概況,主要對師資隊(duì)伍的產(chǎn)生背景以及發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理。第三部分是對美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的個(gè)案研究,為了使案例更具有代表性和全面性,主要選取了美國最具代表性的三種創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,并從每種模式中選出最典型學(xué)校,即磁鐵模式下的百森商學(xué)院、輻射模式下的康奈爾大學(xué)以及聚焦模式下的哈佛大學(xué),分別對其創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和管理方案等方面展開了梳理。第四部分則是在前兩個(gè)部分的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過對美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展歷程以及發(fā)展個(gè)案的分析,提煉美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),主要從職前培養(yǎng)、入職選拔以及職后發(fā)展三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。最后一個(gè)部分則是在分析我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對性的參考美國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出幾點(diǎn)反思和建議,主要有四點(diǎn):健全創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資支持機(jī)制,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍培訓(xùn),構(gòu)建科學(xué)的考核和激勵機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the mass enterprise, the university plays a key role in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents and the shaping of innovative spirit, so it is imperative for colleges and universities to develop entrepreneurship education. Due to the late start of entrepreneurship education in our country, it is difficult for teachers to meet its actual needs, which restricts the development of entrepreneurship education. Therefore, the construction of a perfect teacher system of entrepreneurship education is the key to the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. As the first country to start entrepreneurship education, the United States has accumulated rich development experience in entrepreneurship education and the construction of its teaching staff, which can provide us with valuable lessons and inspiration. Therefore, the article carried out a deep study on the construction of American entrepreneurship education faculty. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers, which is the premise of training and training of entrepreneurship education teachers. The second part expounds the general situation of the development of the faculty of entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities, mainly combing the background, the development course and the present situation of the teaching staff. The third part is a case study on the construction of the faculty of entrepreneurship education in American universities. In order to make the case more representative and comprehensive, it mainly selects the three most representative models of entrepreneurship education in the United States. And choose the most typical schools from each model, the Bessen Business School in Magnet Mode, Cornell University in radiation Mode, and Harvard University in focus Mode. The current situation and management plan of the construction of teachers in entrepreneurship education are combed respectively. The fourth part is on the basis of the first two parts, through the analysis of the development course and the development case of the American university entrepreneurship education teachers, the paper abstracts the valuable experience of the American university entrepreneurship education faculty construction. Mainly from pre-service training, entry selection and post-employment development of three angles to carry out a systematic analysis. In the last part, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the construction of the faculty of entrepreneurship education in our country, the author makes some reflections and suggestions by referring to the experience of the construction of the teaching staff of the entrepreneurship education in the United States. There are four main points: perfecting the supporting mechanism of the teachers of entrepreneurship education, perfecting the structure of the teachers of entrepreneurship education, strengthening the training of the teachers of entrepreneurship education, and constructing a scientific examination and incentive mechanism.
