【摘要】：胡錦濤在慶祝清華大學(xué)建校100周年大會(huì)上,對(duì)全國(guó)青年大學(xué)生提出殷切希望,“把文化知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和思想品德修養(yǎng)緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)”、“把創(chuàng)新思維和社會(huì)實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)”、“把全面發(fā)展和個(gè)性發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)”。在激情澎湃的時(shí)代洪流中,在祖國(guó)奮勇前進(jìn)的偉大征程上,越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生選擇成為一名光榮的志愿者。大學(xué)生志愿者是一個(gè)能夠擔(dān)負(fù)起社會(huì)責(zé)任和歷史使命的光榮稱(chēng)號(hào),在他們身上,閃爍著青春的智慧光芒,體現(xiàn)了崇高的精神品質(zhì)。在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的引領(lǐng)下,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)正以越來(lái)越豐富的內(nèi)容和形式,參與到社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)之中。如何保證大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)期有效地開(kāi)展下去,并通過(guò)這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)大學(xué)生的教育引導(dǎo),成為擺在大學(xué)生思想政治教育面前的時(shí)代課題。本文從大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)是拓展高校思想政治教育有效途徑,是高校共青團(tuán)工作在新形勢(shì)下的創(chuàng)新出發(fā),分析我國(guó)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀,探討如何在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的引領(lǐng)下,根據(jù)青年大學(xué)生思想政治教育的特點(diǎn),建立持久有效的大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。 第一章：大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)及其長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的理性認(rèn)識(shí)。在闡明“志愿服務(wù)”相關(guān)概念、回顧總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)發(fā)展歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理我國(guó)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展階段,闡釋大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵。 第二章：大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)�？偨Y(jié)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)所取得的隊(duì)伍不斷擴(kuò)大、制度日益完善、領(lǐng)域逐漸擴(kuò)展和學(xué)生素質(zhì)得到改變等方面的成績(jī)；深刻剖析大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)存在的問(wèn)題,即客觀上學(xué)校和社會(huì)重視程度不夠,主觀上志愿者服務(wù)能力不強(qiáng)、方法途徑不多和長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制不全等。 第三章：大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的主要內(nèi)容。分析如何按照加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的要求,在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的引領(lǐng)下,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,包括目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、組織管理機(jī)制、環(huán)境營(yíng)造機(jī)制和回報(bào)激勵(lì)機(jī)制。 第四章：大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的運(yùn)行實(shí)施。論述大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制運(yùn)行實(shí)施的一般過(guò)程,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制運(yùn)行實(shí)施的基本要求,即充分發(fā)揮共青團(tuán)組織的優(yōu)勢(shì)作用、引導(dǎo)志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展、堅(jiān)持繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)與改進(jìn)創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合、推進(jìn)志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)國(guó)際交流與合作,等等。
[Abstract]:At a conference to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tsinghua University, Hu Jintao put forward his earnest hope to young college students all over the country, "to closely integrate cultural knowledge learning with ideological and moral cultivation" and "to closely combine innovative thinking with social practice." To combine all-round development with personality development. In the passionate flood of the times, in the great journey of the motherland, more and more college students choose to become a glorious volunteer. The university student volunteer is a glorious title which can shoulder the social responsibility and the historical mission. Under the guidance of the socialist core value system, the voluntary service activities of college students are participating in the construction of a harmonious socialist society with more and more rich contents and forms. How to ensure that the voluntary service activities of college students can be carried out effectively for a long time, and how to guide the education of college students through this activity has become the subject of the times in front of the ideological and political education of college students. Based on the fact that the voluntary service of college students is an effective way to expand the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the innovation of the work of the Communist Youth League under the new situation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the voluntary service activities of college students in China. Under the guidance of the socialist core value system and according to the characteristics of ideological and political education of young college students, this paper discusses how to establish a lasting and effective long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. Chapter one: the rational cognition of college students' voluntary service and its long-term mechanism. On the basis of expounding the related concepts of "voluntary service" and reviewing the history of the development of voluntary service activities at home and abroad, this paper combs the development stage of the voluntary service activities of college students in China, and explains the connotation of the long-term effective mechanism of the voluntary service activities of college students. Chapter two: the realistic foundation of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. This paper summarizes the achievements of the college students' volunteer service activities in such aspects as the continuous expansion of the team, the increasingly perfect system, the gradual expansion of the field and the change of the students' quality, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the college students' voluntary service activities. That is, the school and society pay less attention objectively, the subjective volunteer service ability is not strong, the method way is not many and the long effect mechanism is not complete and so on. Chapter three: the main content of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. According to the requirements of strengthening and improving college students' ideological and political education, under the guidance of socialist core value system, this paper analyzes how to construct long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, including goal-oriented mechanism, organization and management mechanism. Environment construction mechanism and reward incentive mechanism. Chapter four: the implementation of long-term mechanism of college students'voluntary service. This paper discusses the general process of implementing the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, and the basic requirements for the implementation of the long-term mechanism of voluntary service, that is, to give full play to the advantageous role of the Communist Youth League. To guide the professional development of voluntary service activities, adhere to the combination of inheriting fine traditions and innovation, promote international exchanges and cooperation of voluntary service activities, and so on.
