大數據背景下高校思想政治教育個性化服務研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的高校思想政治教育對社會價值重視有余,對個體價值關注不足,突出每個個人在群體中或社會中的適應性,較少從人本角度來挖掘和倡導個體的發(fā)展;對單向引導教育重視有余,不注重學生的差異性和個體性,造成了思想理論和觀念價值在轉換為個體實踐的過程中出現脫節(jié),不能更好的投入到社會創(chuàng)新的實踐當中去。大數據時代的到來引發(fā)了生活,工作與思維的社會大變革。同時大數據也能為高校思想政治教育個性化服務的工作提供有利的思維和技術支持。高校思想政治教育個性化服務是通過大數據實現對思想政治教育對象的針對性、精準性服務來培養(yǎng)大學生的優(yōu)良而全面的個性化品質。本文研究方法是通過收集和閱讀關于大數據與思想政治教育的相關的專著、學位論文和期刊論文等文獻,盡可能多的占有前人研究成果,作為本文研究的基礎,找出其中可以繼續(xù)深入研究的內容作為啟示和參考。對比高校思想政治教育的現狀與大數據時代下的高校思想政治教育的建設,比較分析其中的異同并且發(fā)現問題,借鑒大數據在教育、商業(yè)等領域的應用,提出大數據背景下高校思想政治教育個性化服務的研究,促使針對性的改進提高,進而增強高校思想政治教育的實效性。第一部分主要介紹大數據與高校思想政治教育個性化服務的相關理論,并指出當前高校思想政治教育存在著有教育目標比較單一,教育方法突顯僵化以及教育對象地位相對被動的局面等問題。尤其當代大學生的個性化行為,思想差異性較大,所以高校思想政治教育個性化服務亟待加強。通過大數據的思維方式和技術手段來進行高校思想政治教育個性化服務,能夠增強高校思想政治教育工作的針對性和實效性,實現思想政治教育對象的個性化發(fā)展和潛能發(fā)揮,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型社會需要的人才。第二部分主要論證了大數據能夠為高校思想政治教育個性化服務帶來的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。大數據為高校思想政治教育對象提供了精準化,個性化服務的機會,加強了受教育者思想動態(tài)的實效性監(jiān)控,實現了思想政治教育對象的預測性干預。同時分析利用大數據進行高校思想政治教育個性化服務的可行性。大數據同樣會給高校思想政治教育工作帶來了諸多挑戰(zhàn),比如教育理念的轉變,信息技術的制約,相關人才的匱乏和個人隱私的保護等問題。最后指出大數據應用于高校思想政治教育個性化服務進程中應避免的問題。第三部分展開討論利用大數據引領高校思想政治教育個性化服務的路徑和方法。以大數據為依托構建高校思想政治教育個性化服務生態(tài)系統(tǒng),通過加強頂層設計的扁平化多元主體的治理架構,建立“數據驅動決策”的決策體系,強化高校思想政治教育主客體的激勵作用;以大數據引領高校思想政治教育教學方式,教育評價,研究范式和人才隊伍的轉型;打造高校網絡空間學習平臺的數據載體,利用大數據建構思想政治教育個性化服務模型;最后確立高校數據相關責任人的準入機制,健全數據保密、安全控制的監(jiān)管平臺,完善對個體自由權利的保護。
[Abstract]:The traditional ideological and political education of colleges and universities attaches great importance to the value of the society, pays less attention to the individual value, highlights the adaptability of each individual in the group or the society, and seldom excavates and advocates the development of the individual from the perspective of human. It pays more attention to the unidirectional guidance education and does not pay attention to the differences and individuality of the students. The concept value is disjointed in the process of transforming into individual practice, and it can not be put into the practice of social innovation better. The arrival of the big data age has triggered the social change of life, work and thinking. At the same time, big data can also provide favorable thinking and technical support for the work of individualized service for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The individualized service of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is to achieve the target of Ideological and political education through large data and the precision service to cultivate the excellent and comprehensive individualized quality of college students. This research method is through collecting and reading books related to big data and ideological and political education, dissertations and periodical papers. As much as possible, as much as possible, as the basis of this study, to find out the content which can continue to be further studied as inspiration and reference. Compare the status of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and the construction of Ideological and political education in the era of large data, compared with the analysis of the similarities and differences and the discovery of problems. The application of data in the fields of education, business and other fields put forward the research on the individualized service of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the background of large data, which will promote the improvement of the targeted improvement and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The first part mainly introduces the related theories of the personalized service of large data and the ideological and political education of universities and colleges, and points out that the theory of the education is related to the individualized service of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. There are some problems in the ideological and political education in the former universities, such as the relatively unitary educational goals, the stiffness of the education methods and the relatively passive status of the educational objects. Especially the individualized behavior of the contemporary college students, which has a great difference in thought, so the individualized service of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should be strengthened. The individualized service of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities can enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, realize the individualized development and potential of the object of Ideological and political education and develop the talents of innovative society. The second part mainly proves that big data can be used for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The big data provided the target of the ideological and political education, the opportunity of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, the opportunity of individualized service, the effective monitoring of the ideological dynamic of the educated, the predictive intervention of the object of Ideological and political education, and the analysis of the personalized service of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities by using large data. The big data will also bring many challenges to the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, such as the transformation of educational ideas, the constraints of information technology, the lack of related talents and the protection of personal privacy. Finally, the paper points out the problems which should be avoided in the application of large data to the process of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Third parts. This paper discusses the way and method to guide the individualized service of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities by using big data. Based on large data, it builds the individualized service ecosystem of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. By strengthening the management framework of the flat and multiple main body of the top level design, it establishes the decision-making system of "driving decision-making of numbers" and intensifying the thinking of colleges and universities. We want the incentive effect of the main and the object of the political education; take the big data to guide the teaching mode of the ideological and political education, the education evaluation, the research paradigm and the transformation of the talent team, build the data carrier of the university network space learning platform, construct the personalized service model of the ideological and political education by the big data, and finally establish the relevant responsible people of the university data. We should improve the access mechanism, improve the monitoring platform of data confidentiality and security control, and improve the protection of individual rights and freedoms.
