【摘要】：科學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,早期科學(xué)教育與大學(xué)本科科學(xué)教育是基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)從"學(xué)前教育"到"本科教育"進(jìn)行一體化規(guī)劃。近30年諾貝爾物理學(xué)、化學(xué)、生理學(xué)-醫(yī)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者的自傳給我們的啟示是,必須構(gòu)建一體化科學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才的基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)體系。"學(xué)前"的"科學(xué)啟蒙"重在激發(fā)兒童的好奇心、想象力和求知欲;中小學(xué)的"科學(xué)普及"突出感知科學(xué)、誘發(fā)科學(xué)激情和初步了解科學(xué)范式;大學(xué)本科階段的"基本科學(xué)訓(xùn)練"最為重要,應(yīng)重視名師對(duì)大學(xué)生的指導(dǎo),讓大學(xué)生獲得足夠的"做"科學(xué)的基本訓(xùn)練,為大學(xué)生提供專業(yè)選擇和課程選擇的自由。只有經(jīng)過這樣的一體化基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng),這些未來的科學(xué)家才可能在日后的科學(xué)生涯實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of scientific innovation talents is a systematic project, and the early science education and undergraduate science education are the foundation, which should be integrated from "preschool education" to "undergraduate education". The inspiration from the autobiography of the Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry, physiology and medicine in the last 30 years is that we must build a basic training system for integrated scientific and innovative talents. " The "science enlightenment" of pre-school focuses on arousing children's curiosity, imagination and desire for knowledge, and the "popularization of science" in primary and secondary schools highlights perceptual science, induces scientific passion and preliminary understanding of scientific paradigm. The "basic science training" in undergraduate stage is the most important. We should pay attention to the guidance of famous teachers to college students, let them get enough "do" scientific basic training, and provide students with freedom of choice of major and course. It is only through such an integrated foundation that these future scientists will be able to achieve scientific innovation in their future scientific careers.
