【摘要】：根據(jù)人生發(fā)展階段理論,輔導(dǎo)員需要結(jié)合外部環(huán)境和自身實(shí)際,確定好人生發(fā)展的專業(yè)化道路,從人生拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性、幾率大小、調(diào)控程序等多方努力,創(chuàng)生出有助于人生專業(yè)發(fā)展的拐點(diǎn)。在兩難評價(jià)生存處境的夾縫中,利用好崗位優(yōu)勢、自我人際環(huán)境,借助SWOT分析法,不斷調(diào)適奮斗目標(biāo)。緊緊抓住科研能力提升、專業(yè)化知識技能遞增、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的豐富這些關(guān)鍵要素,根據(jù)自己天賦和興趣所在,在優(yōu)勢方面取得實(shí)質(zhì)性的拐點(diǎn)突破。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of the stage of life development, the counselors need to combine the external environment and their own reality, to determine the professional road of life development, and to make various efforts from the reality, the probability, the control program, and so on, which appear at the inflection point of life. Create an inflection point that is conducive to professional development in life. In the gap between the dilemma to evaluate the survival situation, to make use of the post advantage, self-interpersonal environment, SWOT analysis method, constantly adjust the goals. Grasping the key elements of enhancing scientific research ability, increasing specialized knowledge and skills and enriching practical experience, according to their own talent and interest, they can make a substantial breakthrough in their advantages.
