【摘要】：2014年李克強(qiáng)總理首次提出在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)推動(dòng)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”以來(lái),全國(guó)掀起了一股創(chuàng)業(yè)熱潮。這一口號(hào)的提出賦予了廣大青年新的時(shí)代使命,也為創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐提供了難得的舞臺(tái)和空間。在這樣的大背景下,政府出臺(tái)多種優(yōu)惠及扶植政策來(lái)支持與鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,使得越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生自愿加入了創(chuàng)業(yè)的大軍中。大學(xué)生作為一個(gè)為高學(xué)歷群體,參與創(chuàng)業(yè)就是將理論知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化、發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)特長(zhǎng)和優(yōu)勢(shì)資源整合的系統(tǒng)過(guò)程。然而對(duì)在校大學(xué)生這一群體而言,創(chuàng)業(yè)資源十分匱乏,又沒(méi)有創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。再者,他們一方面要兼顧學(xué)業(yè),另一方面又要籌備、管理自己的小事業(yè),這就使得他們要比其他創(chuàng)業(yè)者投入得要更多,付出的要更多。本研究選取研究者所在學(xué)校的三名在校大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以生涯發(fā)展理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者生涯故事進(jìn)行深入探究,挖掘其創(chuàng)業(yè)心路歷程,在此基礎(chǔ)上,個(gè)體、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)維度,探討大學(xué)生選擇在校學(xué)習(xí)期間創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響因素及這樣的選擇會(huì)給他們帶來(lái)怎樣的影響。本文懫用質(zhì)性研究方法,以訪(fǎng)談為主,觀察法為輔的方式搜集資料,并通過(guò)案例以敘事的方式分析在校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)故事。本研究主要內(nèi)容及各章內(nèi)容如下:第一部分:緒論介紹研究緣起、研究目的和意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、核心概念;第二部分:第一章研究方案、研究過(guò)程及設(shè)計(jì)。本章說(shuō)明了研究采用的研究方法及其原因,研究具體步驟和過(guò)程,最后敘述了研究者對(duì)研究客觀性、推論度以及倫理的反思;第三部分:第二章到第四章采用的敘事方法,結(jié)合被訪(fǎng)者的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷,敘述了三位被訪(fǎng)者在校期間創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯發(fā)展歷程。通過(guò)對(duì)被訪(fǎng)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯歷程的敘述,突出成長(zhǎng)中的關(guān)鍵事件、面臨的困難,“重現(xiàn)”這些在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的真實(shí)狀況;第四部分:第五章是結(jié)論探討與研究反思。在對(duì)被研究者創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯發(fā)展歷程敘述的基礎(chǔ)上,來(lái)探究大學(xué)生選擇在校學(xué)習(xí)期間創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響因素,及這樣的選擇會(huì)給他們帶來(lái)影響。并對(duì)在校創(chuàng)業(yè)大學(xué)生及對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育提出有益建議,最后對(duì)本研究不足進(jìn)行反思。
[Abstract]:Since Li Keqiang Prime Minister Li Keqiang first proposed a nationwide push for "mass entrepreneurship, innovation" in 2014, there has been an entrepreneurial boom across the country. This slogan endows the youth with a new mission and provides a rare stage and space for entrepreneurial practice. In this context, the government has introduced a variety of preferential and supportive policies to support and encourage entrepreneurial behavior, making more and more college students voluntarily join the army of entrepreneurship. College students, as a group with high academic qualifications, are involved in the systematic process of transforming theoretical knowledge, giving full play to their specialties and integrating their advantages and resources. However, for the college students, entrepreneurial resources are very scarce, and there is no entrepreneurial experience. Moreover, they have to balance their studies and prepare for, manage their own small business, which makes them more than other entrepreneurs to invest more, to pay more. Based on the theory of career development, this study selects three college students from the school where the researcher lives, and explores the career stories of college students' entrepreneurs, and then excavates the course of their entrepreneurship. From the individual, family, school and social dimensions, this paper probes into the factors influencing college students' choice of entrepreneurship during their study in school and how such choice will affect them. This paper uses qualitative research methods, mainly interviews, observation as a supplementary way to collect data, and through the case of narrative way to analyze the entrepreneurial stories of college students. The main contents and chapters of this study are as follows: the first part: introduction: introduction to the origin, purpose and significance of the study, literature review, innovation, core concepts; part two: chapter one: research program, research process and design. This chapter describes the research methods and their reasons, the specific steps and processes of the study, and finally describes the researcher's reflection on the objectivity, corollary degree and ethics of the research; part three: the narrative methods used in the second to fourth chapters. Combined with the interviewee's growth experience, the author narrates the development course of three interviewees' entrepreneurial career in school. Through the narration of the interviewee's entrepreneurial career course, it highlights the key events in the growth, the difficulties faced, and "recreates" the true situation of the entrepreneurial career development of these college students. The fourth part: chapter five is the conclusion discussion and the research introspection. On the basis of the narration of the development course of the researcher's entrepreneurial career, this paper explores the influencing factors of college students' choice of entrepreneurship during their study in school, and the influence of such choice on them. At last, the author puts forward some useful suggestions to the entrepreneurial college students and entrepreneurship education, and finally reflects on the insufficiency of this study.
