大學(xué)生就業(yè)結(jié)果的影響因素研究——人力資本、SCCT職業(yè)發(fā)展理論的視角

【摘要】:大學(xué)畢業(yè)生是我國(guó)最大的就業(yè)群體,研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)結(jié)果的影響因素形成機(jī)制,有利于在職業(yè)準(zhǔn)備期幫助大學(xué)生進(jìn)行充分的就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備并在職場(chǎng)中取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。研究以SCCT模型與人力資本理論為基本框架,對(duì)2015屆已離校受雇全職工作的1 000名大學(xué)畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,采用logistic回歸分析及逐步回歸分析的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法修訂概念框架。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生人力資本積累、職業(yè)心理發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與就業(yè)結(jié)果存在顯著的個(gè)體差異;在個(gè)體人力資本的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)中,先天個(gè)別特征對(duì)總體資本積累的影響小于后天積累資本的影響。大學(xué)生人力資本對(duì)其就業(yè)結(jié)果影響顯著,分為直接影響和在職業(yè)心理調(diào)節(jié)下的間接影響;社會(huì)支持在大學(xué)生就業(yè)結(jié)果上發(fā)揮了顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究根據(jù)大學(xué)生就業(yè)結(jié)果的影響因素模型,針對(duì)性優(yōu)化提升大學(xué)生人力資本,關(guān)注其職業(yè)心理發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,結(jié)合社會(huì)支持,提出改善大學(xué)生個(gè)體的就業(yè)結(jié)果的建議。
[Abstract]:College graduates are the largest employment group in China. Studying the formation mechanism of the factors influencing the employment results of college students will help them to make full preparation for employment and make great progress in the workplace. Taking the SCCT model and human capital theory as the basic framework, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 000 college graduates who had been employed full-time in the class of 2015. The conceptual framework was revised by using the data analysis method of logistic regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis. It is found that there are significant individual differences in the accumulation of human capital, the state of professional psychological development and the result of employment among college students, and in the internal structure of individual human capital, The influence of congenital individual characteristics on total capital accumulation is less than that of acquired capital accumulation. College students' human capital has a significant influence on their employment results, which is divided into direct and indirect effects under occupational psychological adjustment, while social support plays a significant role in regulating the employment results of college students. According to the model of influencing factors of college students' employment results, the paper optimizes and promotes college students' human capital, pays attention to their professional psychological development, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the employment results of college students.
