【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、方法、環(huán)境等等都隨時(shí)代的進(jìn)步在不斷改進(jìn)和完善,但我們也應(yīng)該看到目前大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題,既要抓住時(shí)代發(fā)展帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,又要積極應(yīng)對(duì)時(shí)代發(fā)展帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),以到達(dá)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的目的。大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要意義是通過(guò)其實(shí)效性體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的,所以進(jìn)行思想政治教育的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)都在于其實(shí)效性。思想政治教育的實(shí)際效果如何,從國(guó)家和社會(huì)的角度出發(fā),它關(guān)系到能否為國(guó)家和社會(huì)的發(fā)展培養(yǎng)出合格的人才;從思想政治教育工作者的角度出發(fā),它關(guān)系到其主體地位和社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn);從受教育者的角度來(lái)說(shuō),它則關(guān)系到其自身素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),正確三觀的形成,以及能否成為符合社會(huì)要求的人才,在各行各業(yè)承擔(dān)起自己的責(zé)任,享受到屬于自己的權(quán)利。因此,應(yīng)當(dāng)正確認(rèn)識(shí)到研究和探索大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,并在不斷發(fā)展的社會(huì)進(jìn)程中探尋提升思想政治教育實(shí)效性的對(duì)策的必要性和緊迫性。這也是我們進(jìn)行思想政治教育實(shí)效性研究的原因,因此加強(qiáng)思想政治教育實(shí)效性研究,提高其實(shí)際效果,具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文對(duì)于大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的研究主要分為三大部分。第一章,筆者經(jīng)過(guò)查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)后,在借鑒相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)概念進(jìn)行了基本界定之后,概括了其客觀性、滯后性和多元化的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)思想政治教育實(shí)效性的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和思想政治教育實(shí)效性的意義做出了論述。第二章,主要論述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的現(xiàn)狀和其影響因素。筆者通過(guò)實(shí)地和網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,對(duì)貴州部分高校的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了相關(guān)調(diào)查,并用相關(guān)軟件對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分析出大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性現(xiàn)狀和當(dāng)前其實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的原因。第三章,主要根據(jù)第二章的分析結(jié)果,既當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的影響因素,從思想政治教育環(huán)境、教育者、教育理論課和教育機(jī)制四個(gè)方面入手,提出具體的解決辦法和措施。只有在對(duì)思想政治教育實(shí)效性現(xiàn)狀理解清晰,并能正確認(rèn)識(shí)其實(shí)際效果不強(qiáng)的原因的前提下,才能深入進(jìn)行思想政治教育實(shí)效性的研究,提出具體的解決當(dāng)前思想政治教育實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。這也是筆者所希望達(dá)到的目的,希望通過(guò)本文的研究,能夠?qū)μ岣咚枷胝谓逃龑?shí)效性有所幫助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy and society, the contents, methods and environment of ideological and political education for college students are constantly improving and perfecting with the progress of the times. However, we should also see the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students at present. It is necessary to grasp the opportunity brought by the development of the times and to actively respond to the challenges brought by the development of the times in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. The important significance of ideological and political education of college students is reflected by its effectiveness, so the starting point and destination of ideological and political education lie in its effectiveness. The actual effect of ideological and political education is related to whether it can train qualified personnel for the development of the country and society, and from the angle of ideological and political education workers. It is related to the realization of its subject status and social value, and from the perspective of the educated, it is related to the cultivation of its own quality, the formation of the correct three views, and whether it can be qualified to meet the needs of the society. In various industries to assume their responsibilities, enjoy their own rights. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to study and explore the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students, and to explore the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the developing society. This is also the reason why we study the effectiveness of ideological and political education, so it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education and to improve its practical effect. The research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students is divided into three parts. The first chapter, after consulting a large number of relevant documents, on the basis of the reference of the relevant literature, the connotation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students is expounded. After the basic definition of the concept, the characteristics of objectivity, lag and pluralism are summarized, and the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the significance of the effectiveness of ideological and political education are discussed. The second chapter mainly discusses the actual effect of college students' ideological and political education and its influencing factors. Through the way of questionnaire investigation on the spot and network, the author has carried on the correlation investigation to the partial university student of Guizhou, and has summarized the investigation result with the related software. This paper analyzes the actual effect of college students' ideological and political education and the reasons why it is not effective at present. The third chapter, mainly according to the analysis result of the second chapter, that is, the current situation of college students' ideological and political education and the influence factors that the actual effect is not strong, from the ideological and political education environment, educator, educational theory lesson and education mechanism four aspects start from the ideological and political education environment, the education theory course and the education mechanism. Put forward concrete solution and measure. Only when we have a clear understanding of the actual effect of ideological and political education, and can we correctly understand the reasons why the actual effect of ideological and political education is not strong, can we deeply study the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Put forward the concrete solution to the current ideological and political education effectiveness is not strong countermeasures. This is also the purpose that the author hopes to achieve, hope through the research of this article, can improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.
