【摘要】：1920—1927年?yáng)|南大學(xué)的治理結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)歷了顯著變化,其中以評(píng)議會(huì)和校董會(huì)的權(quán)力消長(zhǎng)為核心。作為全校最高議事機(jī)關(guān)的評(píng)議會(huì),面對(duì)校內(nèi)系科之爭(zhēng),因利益關(guān)涉難有效能,其職權(quán)被校董會(huì)逐步擠壓,最終在1923年被全面取代。校董會(huì)體現(xiàn)了東南大學(xué)在地方構(gòu)建一個(gè)溝通政、商、學(xué)界權(quán)勢(shì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的努力,也成為東大汲取社會(huì)資源的重要渠道。校董會(huì)職權(quán)的擴(kuò)展,不僅加劇了校內(nèi)群體的分裂,也強(qiáng)化了大學(xué)對(duì)于地方軍政勢(shì)力的依賴,從而帶來(lái)潛在的政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。校內(nèi)的分裂與校外的政治因素相互激蕩,終成為1925年易長(zhǎng)風(fēng)潮的重要推手。在易長(zhǎng)之后大學(xué)權(quán)力格局的重組中,"教授治校"的理念被高舉,并形成了"教授會(huì)議—校務(wù)會(huì)"的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)。但面對(duì)風(fēng)云變幻的政治局勢(shì),所謂的"教授治校",在校務(wù)管理上鮮有效能,也難以應(yīng)對(duì)激變的時(shí)代。
[Abstract]:In 1920-1927, the governance structure of Southeast University underwent significant changes, with the power of the Senate and Council as the core. As the highest deliberative organ of the whole school, in the face of the disputes between departments and departments in the school, its functions and powers were gradually squeezed by the council because of the difficulty and effectiveness of the interests involved, and finally replaced by the board of trustees in 1923. The council reflects the efforts of Southeast University to build a network of political, business and academic power in the local area, and has also become an important channel for Dongda to absorb social resources. The expansion of the power of the council not only intensifies the division of groups in the school, but also strengthens the dependence of the university on the local military and political forces, thus bringing about potential political risks. The division of the school and the political factors outside the school became the important driving force of the long trend in 1925. In the reorganization of university power pattern after Yi Chang, the idea of "professor governing school" was held high, and formed the double layer structure of "professor conference". However, in the face of the changing political situation, the so-called "professor administration of school", school management is rarely effective, but also difficult to cope with the era of upheaval.
