普通高校公共藝術教育實施機制研究

【摘要】:教育部2014年1月發(fā)布《關于推進學校藝術教育發(fā)展的若干意見》規(guī)定:“學校藝術教育是實施美育的最主要的途徑和內容。落實立德樹人的根本任務,實現改進美育教學,提高學生審美和人文素養(yǎng)的目標,學校藝術教育承擔著重要的使命和責任,必須充分發(fā)揮自身應有的作用和功能。”關于在普通高校公共教學體系中,不斷豐富和完善藝術教育的構成,不斷探索有效的教育模式和科學合理的實施機制,一直是國家部委和全國普通高校從事藝術教育的工作者們的工作重點和研究熱點。目前,高校必須大力反正藝術教育的重要性已經具有廣泛共識。從目前我國普通高校公共藝術教育的實施現狀來看,雖然我國教育部已經針對高校的公共藝術教育制定了一些政策,也取得了一定發(fā)展,但是很多大學生反應,通過高校的公共藝術教育并不能受到良好的藝術教育。為此,本文通過對遼寧省8所高校的訪談,從公共藝術教育的目標設置、管理機構、課程設置、教學方法與教學手段、師資隊伍、教學評價等幾個方面進行了全方面的了解。找到了公共藝術教育在實施過程中存在的問題與不足,而且可以針對問題提出一些解決的策略與方法,為公共藝術教育改革與創(chuàng)新提供一些理論上的依據。論文主要包括四個部分:第一部分:引言部分,主要是關于選題依據、研究意義、研究現狀、研究內容、研究思路等方面的闡述,為后面的研究打下基礎。第二部分:概念界定與理論基礎。主要是對論文核心概念的界定,以及對研究的理論基礎進行的闡述。第三部分:普通高校公共藝術教育實施機制現狀及存在問題,也是本文的主體部分。通過對遼寧省部分普通高校公共藝術教育實施機制現狀(主要是形式機制與功能機制)的研究調查,找出部分普通高校公共藝術教育實施機制存在的主要問題,包括管理機構不健全、教育目標不明確、課程設置不合理,教學手段單一、公共藝術課程師資不足,以及缺乏有效的評價機制、缺乏有效的制約激勵機制等。第四部分,提升普通高校公共藝術教育實施機制的策略。這一部分主要包括兩個方面的內容:完善普通高校藝術教育的形式機制與功能機制。通過對相關專家的訪談與對大量文獻資料的分析總結的基礎上,有針對性地提出一些提升普通高校藝術教育實施機制的改革策略,本文認為,需要完善從傳統教育管理理念到現代教育管理理念的轉變,建立藝術教育科學實施的體系,優(yōu)化公共藝術課程體系設置,建設專業(yè)、高效的師資隊伍,建立有效的公共藝術教育的激勵與評價機制,才能實現普通高校公共藝術教育的教育的目標。
[Abstract]:In January 2014, the Ministry of Education issued some opinions on promoting the development of school art education: "School art education is the most important way and content to carry out aesthetic education." To carry out the fundamental task of building up a person, to achieve the goal of improving aesthetic education teaching and improving students' aesthetic and humanistic qualities, school art education is shouldering an important mission and responsibility, and it must give full play to its due role and function. " In the public teaching system of colleges and universities, the composition of art education is constantly enriched and perfected, and effective educational models and scientific and reasonable implementation mechanisms are constantly explored. It has always been the focus and research focus of national ministries and universities engaged in art education. At present, colleges and universities must make great efforts to the importance of art education has a broad consensus. Judging from the current situation of the implementation of public art education in ordinary colleges and universities in China, although the Ministry of Education of our country has formulated some policies for public art education in colleges and universities, and has also made certain progress, many college students have responded. Public art education in colleges and universities cannot receive good art education. Therefore, through the interview with 8 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, this paper makes a comprehensive understanding of the goal setting, management organization, curriculum setting, teaching methods and means, teaching staff and teaching evaluation of public art education. The problems and shortcomings in the implementation of public art education are found, and some strategies and methods to solve the problems can be put forward, which can provide some theoretical basis for the reform and innovation of public art education. The thesis mainly includes four parts: the first part: the introduction part, mainly about the topic selection basis, the research significance, the research present situation, the research content, the research thought and so on, lays the foundation for the later research. The second part: the definition of concept and theoretical basis. It mainly defines the core concept of the thesis and expounds the theoretical basis of the research. The third part: the implementation mechanism of public art education in colleges and universities is the main part of this paper. Through the investigation of the present situation of public art education implementation mechanism in some colleges and universities in Liaoning Province (mainly formal mechanism and functional mechanism), this paper finds out the main problems existing in the implementation mechanism of public art education in some colleges and universities. It includes imperfect management organization, unclear educational goal, unreasonable curriculum setting, single teaching means, shortage of teachers in public art curriculum, lack of effective evaluation mechanism, lack of effective restriction and incentive mechanism, and so on. The fourth part, the promotion common university public art education implementation mechanism strategy. This part mainly includes two aspects: perfecting the formal and functional mechanism of art education in colleges and universities. Based on the interviews with relevant experts and the analysis and summary of a large number of documents, this paper puts forward some reform strategies to promote the implementation mechanism of art education in colleges and universities. It is necessary to perfect the transformation from the traditional educational management concept to the modern educational management concept, to establish a scientific implementation system of art education, to optimize the public art curriculum system, and to build a professional and efficient teaching staff. Only by establishing an effective incentive and evaluation mechanism of public art education can we achieve the goal of public art education in colleges and universities.
