【摘要】：目前中英合作舉辦的本科及其以上層次的機構有20個,項目222個,分別占到中外合作辦學同類機構和項目的26.3%和22.1%;由中英兩國教育機構合作舉辦的獨立設置中英合作大學和非獨立設置中英合作辦學機構分別為2個和18個,占兩類中外合作辦學機構總數(shù)的20%和27.2%。經(jīng)過二十年的發(fā)展,英國一躍成為與中國開展中外合作辦學機構和項目數(shù)量最多的國家。中英合作舉辦的中外合作辦學機構和項目以本科層次為主。無論是中英合作辦學的機構還是項目所開設的專業(yè)中,工學類的專業(yè)數(shù)量均占據(jù)首位。舉辦本科層次的中英合作辦學項目的高校中以地方院校為主,占總量的近九成。舉辦研究生層次的合作辦學機構和項目的高校中,部委直屬院校和地方院�；旧细髡家话�。在經(jīng)歷兩次快速發(fā)展時期后,中外合作辦學將逐漸由過去以機構和項目數(shù)量與規(guī)模擴張的外延式發(fā)展階段,轉變?yōu)楦幼⒅貦C構和項目辦學質量提升的內涵發(fā)展階段。未來中英兩國在合作辦學中應當順應新時期教育開放工作的新要求,在以下幾個方面進一步加強合作:一是優(yōu)化中英合作辦學的戰(zhàn)略布局;二是加強中英合作辦學的質量保障;三是建立中英合作辦學的交流機制。
[Abstract]:At present, there are 20 institutions and 222 projects, including 26.3% and 22.1% of the similar institutions and projects of Chinese and foreign cooperation, respectively. The independent setting up of Sino British cooperation and the non independent setting up of Chinese and British schools are 2 and 18 respectively, accounting for two of the two categories. After twenty years of development, the 20% and 27.2%. of the total number of foreign cooperative schools have become the country with the largest number of Chinese and foreign cooperative schools and projects in China. The Chinese and English cooperation institutions and projects are mainly at the undergraduate level. Among them, the number of specialties of engineering is the first. The universities and colleges that hold the Chinese and English cooperation programs at the undergraduate level are dominated by local colleges and universities, accounting for nearly 90% of the total. In the universities of the cooperative institutions and projects of the graduate level, the departments directly affiliated to the ministries and the local colleges and universities are basically half. In the period of the two rapid development period, the colleges and universities have experienced the period of rapid development. After that, the Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools will gradually change from the stage of extension to the expansion of the number and scale of the institutions and projects, and will turn to the stage of more emphasis on the improvement of the quality of institutions and projects. In the future, China and Britain should comply with the new requirements of the new period of education and open education in the new period. To strengthen cooperation: one is to optimize the strategic layout of the Sino British cooperation in running schools; two, to strengthen the quality guarantee of Chinese and British cooperation in running schools; and the three is to establish an exchange mechanism for Chinese and British cooperation in running schools.
