河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校專業(yè)設(shè)置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:新時(shí)期以來,一部分河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校順應(yīng)河南地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,抓住機(jī)遇,實(shí)行轉(zhuǎn)型,對原有專業(yè)或增或減,在原有的師范專業(yè)的底子上設(shè)置了與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切聯(lián)系的非師范專業(yè),為當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)具有較強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力的專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才。然而就河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校而言,發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)比較薄弱,學(xué)科綜合化歷程相對較短,因?yàn)閹煼对盒iL期以來主要任務(wù)是培養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)教育師資,河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校的重點(diǎn)學(xué)科大多集中在文理基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科和教育學(xué)科上,直接服務(wù)于地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的應(yīng)用性學(xué)科十分薄弱。如何抓好機(jī)遇實(shí)現(xiàn)新的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,設(shè)置專業(yè)向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變,是河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校在國家高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整新時(shí)期和河南經(jīng)濟(jì)加速發(fā)展過程中必須面對的重大問題。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法和邏輯分析法等多種研究方法,對河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置問題進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要分兩個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論部分,主要介紹了師范院校設(shè)置專業(yè)應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)型的背景和意義、研究的現(xiàn)狀和研究的方法與思路,并且界定了本研究主要涉及到的核心概念。第二、三、四章是論文的主體部分。第二章從專業(yè)科目、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置,建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)、“雙師型”隊(duì)伍以及監(jiān)督體系等方面對河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,理清了當(dāng)前河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校在專業(yè)設(shè)置中出現(xiàn)的問題。第三章對河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題進(jìn)行了深層次的原因分析,其涉及到了專業(yè)的管理體制、系部間溝通、辦學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)、師資隊(duì)伍以及評估體系等方面。第四章探討了一般意義上的專業(yè)設(shè)置的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和原則,并基于師范教育發(fā)展的規(guī)律、河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校的現(xiàn)實(shí),探討了河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校在專業(yè)設(shè)置上的優(yōu)化路徑。本研究認(rèn)為,河南本科師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校要想在河南激烈的高校競爭中不被打敗,發(fā)展自身優(yōu)勢,其專業(yè)設(shè)置必須遵循突出特色、適應(yīng)社會、規(guī)模兼顧效益等原則。明確定位學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo),結(jié)合學(xué)校現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)資源,以地方經(jīng)濟(jì)及文化發(fā)展對人才的需求為目標(biāo),省主管部門對專業(yè)設(shè)置的要求為依據(jù),挖掘?qū)W校自身優(yōu)勢,以當(dāng)?shù)刂行W(xué)教育狀況為背景,一方面培養(yǎng)師范生的教育實(shí)踐能力,把師范類專業(yè)做優(yōu)做精,保證其教學(xué)優(yōu)勢。另一方面,河南師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校要根據(jù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展趨勢需要舉辦非師范專業(yè),并在對非師范專業(yè)學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)上汲取師范生的教育優(yōu)勢,以此彰顯出師范轉(zhuǎn)型院校在人才培養(yǎng)方面的共性。
[Abstract]:Since the new era, some colleges and universities in Henan have met the needs of the local economic development in Henan, seized the opportunity, implemented the transformation, or increased or decreased the original specialty. On the basis of the original teacher training specialty, the non-normal specialty, which is closely related to the development of regional economy, is set up to train the professional and applied talents with strong practical ability for the local industry and economic development. However, as far as the transformation colleges of Henan undergraduate teachers are concerned, the development foundation is relatively weak, and the course of discipline integration is relatively short, because the main task of teachers colleges and universities is to train teachers of basic education for a long time. Most of the key subjects in Henan colleges and universities focus on the basic subject of arts and science and the subject of education, but the applied discipline which directly serves the local economy is very weak. How to grasp the opportunity to realize the new connotation development and to set up the specialty to transform into the application type are the major problems that must be faced in the new period of the national higher education structure adjustment and the accelerated economic development of Henan Province. Through literature research, investigation, logic analysis and other research methods, this paper studies the problems of specialty setting in Henan normal universities. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the application transformation, the present situation of the research and the research methods and ideas, and defines the core concepts involved in this study. The second, third and fourth chapters are the main part of the thesis. The second chapter analyzes the present situation of specialty setting in Henan normal universities from the aspects of specialized subjects, training objectives, curriculum setup, construction funds, "double teachers" team and supervision system, etc. It clarifies the problems in the specialty setting of the current Henan normal colleges and universities. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the specialty setting in Henan normal colleges and universities, which involves the professional management system, the communication between departments, the funds for running a school, the teaching staff and the evaluation system, and so on. The fourth chapter discusses the practical basis and principle of specialty setting in general sense, and based on the law of the development of normal education, the reality of Henan normal transformation colleges and universities, discusses the optimization path of specialty setting in Henan undergraduate teachers' transformation colleges. This study holds that in order not to be defeated in the fierce competition of colleges and universities, and to develop their own advantages, the colleges and universities in Henan should follow the principles of outstanding characteristics, adapting to the society and giving consideration to the benefits of scale and so on. In order to find out the advantages of the school itself, it is clear to locate the school transformation goal, combine the existing teaching resources of the school, take the demand of the local economy and culture development for the talented person as the goal, take the request of the provincial competent department to the specialty set as the basis, excavate the school own superiority, Under the background of local primary and middle school education, on the one hand, it trains normal students' educational practice ability, makes teachers' major excellent and fine, guarantees its teaching superiority. On the other hand, according to the local economic and social development trend, Henan normal colleges and universities should organize non-normal majors, and learn from the educational advantages of normal students in the training of non-normal students. In order to highlight the transformation of normal colleges and universities in the training of common talent.
