【摘要】:本文采用理論與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,探究?jī)?nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)態(tài)度的影響。根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、專(zhuān)家訪談和試調(diào)研結(jié)果,研究者編制并測(cè)試了“內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)態(tài)度影響調(diào)查問(wèn)卷”。綜合心理學(xué)、傳播學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí),研究者認(rèn)為醫(yī)學(xué)生的職業(yè)態(tài)度主要由職業(yè)感情、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和職業(yè)行為意向三個(gè)維度組成,而內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)態(tài)度的影響也在這三個(gè)維度上有所體現(xiàn)。研究者對(duì)濟(jì)南市三所高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校的在校生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生的職業(yè)態(tài)度總體上是有影響的,而且會(huì)因?yàn)槭鼙妭(gè)體因素的差別而有所差別。其影響因素主要體現(xiàn)在:醫(yī)學(xué)生的性別、年齡、就讀專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)制、就讀年級(jí)、就讀專(zhuān)業(yè)臨床與否等5大方面18項(xiàng)因素上。研究表明,盡管不同的醫(yī)學(xué)生受內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的影響程度不盡相同,但也呈現(xiàn)了一定的影響趨勢(shì):醫(yī)學(xué)生在觀看內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇以后,其職業(yè)感情、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和職業(yè)行為意向都會(huì)受到影響;由于職業(yè)感情、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和職業(yè)行為意向受到了影響,作為受眾的醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)其未來(lái)所要從事的職業(yè)態(tài)度也會(huì)受到一定程度的影響。這種影響反映到現(xiàn)實(shí)的醫(yī)療職業(yè)中,將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的發(fā)展與變化;跀(shù)據(jù)的分析和理論模型的建構(gòu),職業(yè)態(tài)度是有職業(yè)感情、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和職業(yè)行為意向三大要素構(gòu)成的,任何一個(gè)要素的變化都會(huì)影響職業(yè)態(tài)度的變化。故內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生的職業(yè)態(tài)度是有影響的。這種影響就會(huì)導(dǎo)致醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)自己未來(lái)所從事的職業(yè)的某種行為的選擇傾向,表現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)實(shí)的醫(yī)療工作中影響也是巨大的。本文在研究和分析內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)態(tài)度影響的基礎(chǔ)上,還對(duì)醫(yī)療劇對(duì)社會(huì)公眾以及對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生這個(gè)特殊受眾群體的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行了探討。其社會(huì)公眾意義主要體現(xiàn)在:直面人生生死,感悟人間性情;關(guān)照醫(yī)療問(wèn)題,緩解醫(yī)患關(guān)系;傳播健康知識(shí),普及醫(yī)療常識(shí)等方面。其對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)影響表現(xiàn)為:觸發(fā)感悟,激發(fā)熱情;將心比心,換位思考;樹(shù)立榜樣,付諸行動(dòng)等方面。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the influence of medical drama on the professional attitude of medical students by combining theoretical and empirical research. According to the relevant literature, expert interviews and experimental findings, the researcher compiled and tested the questionnaire on the influence of mainland Medical Drama on Medical students' Professional attitude. Comprehensive psychology, communication and other disciplines, researchers believe that the professional attitude of medical students is mainly composed of three dimensions: professional feelings, career cognition and professional behavior intention. The influence of mainland medical drama on medical students' professional attitude is also reflected in these three dimensions. The researcher investigated the students in three medical colleges and universities in Jinan, and found that the medical drama in the mainland has an overall influence on the professional attitude of medical students, and will be different according to the individual factors of the audience. The influencing factors are as follows: sex, age, academic system of major, grade, clinical or not. The study shows that although different medical students have different degrees of influence from mainland medical dramas, they also show a certain trend of influence: after watching mainland medical dramas, medical students have their professional feelings. Career cognition and professional behavior intention will be affected; because of professional feelings, professional cognition and professional behavior intention are affected, medical students as the audience will also be affected to a certain extent on their future career attitude. This kind of influence will reflect the development and change of the whole medical profession in the real medical profession. Based on the analysis of data and the construction of theoretical model, career attitude is composed of three major factors: occupation emotion, career cognition and career behavior intention. The change of any one factor will affect the change of professional attitude. Therefore, the mainland medical drama has an impact on the professional attitude of medical students. This kind of influence will lead to the tendency of medical students to choose some kind of behavior to their future occupation, and the influence will be great in the actual medical work. Based on the study and analysis of the influence of medical drama on the professional attitude of medical students in the mainland, this paper also discusses the practical significance of medical drama to the public and to the special audience group of medical students. Its social public significance is mainly reflected in: facing life and death, understanding human temperament, caring for medical problems, alleviating doctor-patient relationship, spreading health knowledge, popularizing medical knowledge and so on. Its realistic influence on medical students is as follows: triggering perception, arousing enthusiasm, comparing heart to heart, thinking in a different position, setting an example and putting it into action.
