【摘要】:入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)作為學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的重要組成部分,影響著研究生入學(xué)后的學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)和科研成績(jī)。當(dāng)下學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生的比例持續(xù)上升,隨之而來的科研能力低下問題日益突出。在這種重視科研人才培養(yǎng)的背景下,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)型研究生展開相關(guān)研究,并取得了一些成果。然而,研究仍然存在不足之處,主要表現(xiàn)為針對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離的研究較少,并且關(guān)于學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離及影響因素的研究大多偏重于理論分析。由此,系統(tǒng)研究當(dāng)下學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離情況及其影響因素,對(duì)于各高校有針對(duì)性地提高學(xué)術(shù)型女研究生的教育質(zhì)量具有重要的實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值。本文以在讀的學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生的入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,希望實(shí)現(xiàn)以下研究目的:一是調(diào)查了解當(dāng)下學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)學(xué)術(shù)偏離的現(xiàn)狀;二是探索學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)學(xué)術(shù)偏離的影響因素;三是根據(jù)影響因素分析結(jié)果,尋找針對(duì)女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離的糾偏措施。為達(dá)到此研究目的,本文主要采取了文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等研究方法;采用了分層隨機(jī)抽樣技術(shù),對(duì)以江西師范大學(xué)為主的417名女研究生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,共收集有效問卷370份。文章的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:第一,依據(jù)ERG需要層次理論和奧斯丁三因素理論,提出學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的理論框架。根據(jù)該框架,基于生存需要、關(guān)系需要及成長(zhǎng)需要等需要層次提出入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的分類假設(shè),同時(shí)又基于個(gè)體特征、教學(xué)環(huán)境及學(xué)習(xí)參與等理論因素和家庭背景、社會(huì)觀念等其他影響因素提出了系列研究假設(shè)。第二,為驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè),對(duì)因變量與自變量進(jìn)行相應(yīng)設(shè)定,同時(shí)對(duì)變量進(jìn)行操作化并開發(fā)調(diào)查問卷。第三,基于問卷調(diào)查,分析學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)學(xué)術(shù)偏離的現(xiàn)狀,并通過探索性因素分析、獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)、單因素方法分析以及雙變量相關(guān)等統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法來驗(yàn)證上述研究假設(shè);第四,結(jié)合研究的結(jié)果,文章對(duì)如何糾正學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離提出一些建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)樣本中的學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生的入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)存在一定程度上的學(xué)術(shù)偏離;(2)年級(jí)、年齡、教學(xué)環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)參與、父母文化水平、社會(huì)觀念等六個(gè)變量對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)機(jī)具有顯著影響,且高年級(jí)(研三)、高年齡(26歲及以上)、高校教學(xué)環(huán)境差、本科階段成績(jī)差、父母文化水平低以及受周圍人影響較深的學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離強(qiáng),學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)機(jī)水平低。據(jù)此,本文認(rèn)為,導(dǎo)致學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士研究生入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)學(xué)術(shù)偏離的原因主要有如下幾點(diǎn):首先,女碩士與教育部門、招生單位和導(dǎo)師之間分別作為信息占有的劣勢(shì)方與優(yōu)勢(shì)方,在研究生招生的過程中存在著信息傳遞上的不對(duì)稱現(xiàn)象,以致高校與學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士之間缺乏有效的信息交流和傳遞渠道。其次,文憑作為就業(yè)市場(chǎng)上主要的可識(shí)別信號(hào),給部分功利的學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士傳遞了“高學(xué)歷等于高能力”的錯(cuò)誤信號(hào)。因此,要糾正學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的學(xué)術(shù)偏離,需要有如下有針對(duì)性的教育策略:第一,糾正學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)研究的偏見,使學(xué)術(shù)研究在學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士心中去神秘化、去職業(yè)化以及去性別歧視;第二,規(guī)避學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士與高校間的信息不對(duì)稱。主要分為三項(xiàng)措施,首先合理制定招生計(jì)劃,改進(jìn)招生計(jì)劃簡(jiǎn)章;其次加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)型研究生專業(yè)、研究方向和院校導(dǎo)師的宣傳和介紹力度;最后改進(jìn)信息公開渠道;第三,構(gòu)建多樣的學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺(tái),促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士的學(xué)術(shù)交流;第四,構(gòu)建優(yōu)良的高校教學(xué)環(huán)境,激發(fā)學(xué)術(shù)型女碩士的學(xué)術(shù)熱情。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the learning motivation, the enrollment motivation affects the learning mentality and scientific achievements of postgraduate students. The proportion of academic female graduate students is rising continuously, and the problem of low scientific research ability is becoming increasingly prominent. Under the background of the training of scientific research talents, scholars both at home and abroad are to academic graduate students. There are still some achievements in this study. However, there are still shortcomings in the study, which is mainly manifested in the lack of academic deviation from the academic motivation of the academic female graduate students, and the academic deviation and the influencing factors of the motivation of the academic female master's enrollment are mostly focused on the theoretical analysis. The academic deviation and the influencing factors of academic female graduate students' enrollment motivation are of important practical reference value for all colleges and universities to improve the education quality of academic female graduate students. The first is to investigate and understand the current status of academic deviation of academic motivation for academic female graduate students; two to explore the influencing factors of academic deviation of academic postgraduate enrollment motivation; three, according to the results of influencing factors analysis, to find the correction measures for academic deviation for female graduate students' enrollment motivation. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, and adopts the stratified random sampling technique to carry out a questionnaire survey on 417 female postgraduates based on Jiangxi Normal University and collect 370 valid questionnaires. The main contents of the article are as follows: first, according to the theory of ERG needs hierarchy and Austen The three factor theory puts forward the theoretical framework of the motivation of academic postgraduate enrollment. Based on the framework, based on the needs of survival, the needs of relations and the needs of growth, the classification hypothesis of enrollment motivation is put forward. A series of research hypotheses were put forward. Second, in order to verify the hypothesis, the dependent variable and the independent variable were set, the variables were operated and the questionnaire was developed. Third, based on the questionnaire survey, the current status of academic deviation of academic female postgraduate enrollment motivation was analyzed, and the independent sample T was analyzed through exploratory factor analysis. Test, single factor method analysis and bivariate correlation and other statistical methods to verify the above research hypothesis; fourth, combined with the results of the study, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to correct academic deviation of academic postgraduate enrollment motivation. (1) there is a study on the motivation of academic female graduate students in the sample. The degree of academic deviation; (2) grade, age, teaching environment, learning participation, parents' cultural level, social concept, and other six variables have significant influence on academic motivation of academic postgraduate enrollment, and the senior grade (three), high age (26 years and up), poor teaching environment in Colleges and universities, poor grades in undergraduate stage, and low parents' cultural level As well as the academic deviation from academic motivation of academic female graduate students who are deeply affected by the surrounding people, academic motivation is low and the academic motivation is low. In this paper, the main reasons are as follows: first, the female master and the education department, the enrollment unit and the tutor respectively as information. The disadvantaged side and the dominant side, in the process of postgraduate enrollment, there are asymmetries in information transmission, so that there is a lack of effective communication and transmission channels between universities and academic female masters. Secondly, diplomas are the main identifiable signals in the employment market, and the academic female master master of some utilitarianism has passed "high school".
