【摘要】：基于北京大學(xué)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所"2016年全國地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)與就業(yè)調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型就地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)學(xué)生發(fā)展的影響路徑進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)通過院校人才培養(yǎng)過程對(duì)學(xué)生能力素質(zhì)發(fā)展的影響,主要通過學(xué)生參與的中介機(jī)制來發(fā)揮正向作用,學(xué)生參與的類型中,課程參與的作用最大;轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)狀況的影響,學(xué)生參與并不起中介作用。相對(duì)于課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)行為,轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的影響更大;在學(xué)生畢業(yè)/綜合實(shí)習(xí)中,實(shí)習(xí)考評(píng)的作用更明顯。相比學(xué)生能力素質(zhì)發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)通過院校人才培養(yǎng)過程對(duì)就業(yè)狀況的正向影響較有限。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from the Institute of Education and Economics of Peking University in 2016, an empirical analysis on the influence of the transformation of local undergraduate institutions on the development of students was carried out by using the structural equation model. It is found that the transition pilot projects have positive effects on the development of students' ability and quality through the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, mainly through the intermediary mechanism of students' participation, in which the role of curriculum participation is the most important among the types of students' participation. The impact of the transition pilot on the employment status of students, student participation does not play an intermediary role. Compared with the curriculum, the teaching behavior and the transformation of the pilot projects have a greater impact on the practical teaching, and in the students' graduation / comprehensive practice, the role of the practice evaluation is more obvious. Compared with the development of students' ability and quality, the positive influence on employment is limited through the process of talent training in colleges and universities.
