【摘要】：在高等學(xué)校大力實(shí)施供給側(cè)改革背景下,實(shí)施校企深度合作是地方高校著力實(shí)施教育綜合改革,有效解決人才培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)需求精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接的難題,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑選擇之一。通過對(duì)制約校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式的主要問題進(jìn)行分析,促使校企合作雙方自身內(nèi)部挖潛,可以有效形成內(nèi)生動(dòng)力機(jī)制,促進(jìn)合作過程的優(yōu)化與控制,增強(qiáng)應(yīng)用型本科創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)效果�；趦�(nèi)生動(dòng)力機(jī)制驅(qū)動(dòng)的校企合作,是地方高�？梢越梃b的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of implementing the supply-side reform in colleges and universities, it is a difficult problem for local colleges and universities to carry out comprehensive education reform to meet the needs of enterprises. One of the realistic paths to realize the cultivation of innovative talents. Through the analysis of the main problems that restrict the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents, we can promote the optimization and control of the cooperation process by promoting the internal potential of both sides of the school-enterprise cooperation, which can effectively form the endogenous dynamic mechanism, and promote the optimization and control of the cooperation process. Enhance the training effect of applied undergraduate innovative talents. University-enterprise cooperation based on endogenous power mechanism is the experience that local colleges and universities can use for reference.
