常州幼兒師范學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的理念正日益深入人心,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅是一股蓬勃發(fā)展的大眾熱潮,更是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新引擎,社會和諧的促動力,對提高大眾生活水平、緩解就業(yè)壓力、發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟等都盡顯舉足輕重的作用。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在職業(yè)學(xué)校中的地位和作用日益突顯,越來越受到國家的重視,大大刺激了地方院校積極開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育活動。常州幼兒師范學(xué)校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育從萌芽期、幼苗期、植株期、花果期、瓶頸期,歷經(jīng)近二十年的風(fēng)雨發(fā)展歷程。當(dāng)下正值經(jīng)濟發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型期,常州幼兒師范學(xué)校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問題日益暴露出來。本研究旨在通過調(diào)查常州幼兒師范學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀,分析創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問題,提出合理的改善措施,試圖形成穩(wěn)固的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,突破創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展瓶頸,加快促進創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展。本研究主要采用文獻法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實踐法等教科研的常用方法。通過分析文獻,基本掌握了國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究現(xiàn)狀。緊抓創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)業(yè)師資、創(chuàng)業(yè)課程與教學(xué)、創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐、創(chuàng)業(yè)文化等創(chuàng)業(yè)教育基本要素有針對性地進行了問卷調(diào)查,并通過個人訪談對調(diào)查問卷尚未解決的問題進行了補充與完善。通過研究得出,常州幼兒師范學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問題主要體現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育意識缺乏、創(chuàng)業(yè)師資力量匱乏、創(chuàng)業(yè)教學(xué)體系欠缺、創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐平臺不足、創(chuàng)業(yè)文化氛圍缺少。據(jù)此,提出的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改善對策為提升創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)師資、強化創(chuàng)業(yè)教學(xué)、改善創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐、營造創(chuàng)業(yè)文化等。常州幼兒師范學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育要始終堅持通過創(chuàng)業(yè)教育內(nèi)容緊扣創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、文化、師資、教學(xué)、實踐去落實,并且形成"五位一體"聯(lián)動機制,才能形成穩(wěn)固的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,突破發(fā)展瓶頸。本研究成果勢必對常武地區(qū),乃至江蘇省內(nèi)同類職業(yè)學(xué)校都將起到引領(lǐng)示范作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the concept of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" is increasingly gaining ground. Innovation and entrepreneurship is not only a popular upsurge of vigorous development, but also a new engine for economic development, a driving force for social harmony, and a powerful force for raising the standard of living of the masses. Relieving employment pressure and developing regional economy play an important role. The status and function of entrepreneurship education in vocational schools is becoming more and more prominent, which has been paid more and more attention by the state, which has greatly stimulated the local colleges and universities to actively carry out entrepreneurial education activities. The entrepreneurship education of Changzhou preschool normal school has experienced 20 years of wind and rain development from budding stage, seedling stage, plant stage, flower and fruit stage, bottleneck period. At present, in the period of economic development, the problems of entrepreneurship education in Changzhou preschool normal school are exposed day by day. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of entrepreneurship education in Changzhou preschool normal school, analyze the existing problems of entrepreneurship education, put forward reasonable improvement measures, try to form a stable entrepreneurial education model and break through the bottleneck of entrepreneurship education development. We will accelerate the reform and development of entrepreneurship education. This research mainly uses the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, the practice method and so on scientific research commonly used method. Through the analysis of literature, the basic grasp of domestic and foreign entrepreneurship education research status. Focusing on entrepreneurship awareness, entrepreneurship teachers, entrepreneurship curriculum and teaching, entrepreneurial practice, entrepreneurial culture and other basic elements of entrepreneurship education, targeted questionnaire survey, And through personal interviews, the questionnaire has not been solved to supplement and improve the problem. Through the study, the problems of entrepreneurship education in Changzhou preschool normal school are mainly reflected in the lack of awareness of entrepreneurship education, lack of entrepreneurial teachers, lack of entrepreneurial teaching system, lack of entrepreneurial practice platform, lack of entrepreneurial culture atmosphere. On the basis of this, we put forward some countermeasures to improve entrepreneurship education, such as raising entrepreneurial consciousness, optimizing entrepreneurial teachers, strengthening entrepreneurship teaching, improving entrepreneurial practice and creating entrepreneurial culture. The entrepreneurship education of Changzhou normal school should always be carried out through the contents of entrepreneurship education, which is closely related to entrepreneurial consciousness, culture, teachers, teaching and practice, and form a "five-in-one" linkage mechanism, so as to form a stable mode of entrepreneurship education. Break through the bottleneck of development. The results of this study will certainly lead to the demonstration of similar vocational schools in Changwu region and even Jiangsu province.
