【摘要】:理想信念教育作為思想政治教育的核心內(nèi)容,能夠幫助大學(xué)生自覺(jué)消除思想困惑,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生對(duì)馬克思主義的信仰和建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的信心!拔r(shí)代”是以微博、微信等公眾平臺(tái)作為傳播媒介代表,以短小精煉作為文化傳播特征的時(shí)代。它具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的高效性與碎片化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流的互動(dòng)性和去中心化、信息傳播速度快且范圍廣、媒介主體的大眾化與平等性的特點(diǎn)。由此,它為滿(mǎn)足大學(xué)生的個(gè)性化、多元化需求提供了一個(gè)表達(dá)自我、展現(xiàn)風(fēng)采的平臺(tái)。因此,加強(qiáng)“微時(shí)代”大學(xué)生理想信念教育,對(duì)于建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)和價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn),增強(qiáng)思想政治教育學(xué)科實(shí)效性,具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義!拔r(shí)代”的興起給大學(xué)生理想信念教育工作帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn),也贏來(lái)了機(jī)遇。其挑戰(zhàn)主要表現(xiàn)在:對(duì)理想信念教育的傳統(tǒng)方法和思想政治教育工作者的素質(zhì)提出了挑戰(zhàn),并使思想政治教育工作者及其對(duì)象面臨更加復(fù)雜的信息環(huán)境。其帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇主要表現(xiàn)在為理想信念教育提供更廣闊平臺(tái),并有助于增強(qiáng)理想信念教育的時(shí)效性,豐富理想信念教育的內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新理想信念教育的方式。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生理想信念狀況表現(xiàn)為:在政治和社會(huì)理想上,總體積極、健康,但不夠堅(jiān)定;在道德理想上,推崇崇高與平庸化并存;在職業(yè)理想上,過(guò)度的追求和現(xiàn)實(shí)的困惑相沖突;在生活理想上,物質(zhì)欲念和精神追求失衡。這種狀況除了與社會(huì)大環(huán)境有關(guān)外,與高校的理想信念教育存在種種不足有直接聯(lián)系,這些不足主要有:教育內(nèi)容單調(diào)、教育形式單一、教育缺乏個(gè)性化關(guān)注、教育缺乏系統(tǒng)化。造成“微時(shí)代”背景下大學(xué)生理想信念及其教育中存在問(wèn)題的原因是多方面的,主要包括:“微時(shí)代”信息傳播內(nèi)容的多元化和復(fù)雜性;部分大學(xué)生自控能力相對(duì)低下;思想政治教育工作者的能力與素質(zhì)不適應(yīng)“微時(shí)代”要求;相關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管制度不健全。為此,必須提升思想政治教育工作者的素養(yǎng),豐富理想信念教育的內(nèi)容;充分利用“微時(shí)代”媒體,拓寬大學(xué)生理想信念教育的平臺(tái)和渠道;引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生加強(qiáng)自我教育,不斷提升大學(xué)生的自身素質(zhì);健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體信息監(jiān)管和反饋制度,優(yōu)化“微時(shí)代”理想信念教育的信息環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:As the core content of ideological and political education, ideal and belief education can help college students to consciously eliminate their ideological confusion and strengthen their confidence in Marxism and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it provides a platform to express oneself and show style for meeting the individualized and diversified needs of college students. There are many reasons for the problems in college students' ideals and beliefs and their education under the background of "micro-age", which mainly include: the diversity and complexity of the content of information dissemination in "micro-era", the relatively low self-control ability of some college students; The ability and quality of ideological and political educators do not meet the requirements of the "micro-era", and the related network supervision system is not perfect. Therefore, we must improve the quality of ideological and political education workers, enrich the content of ideal and belief education, make full use of the media of "micro-era", broaden the platform and channels of college students' ideal and belief education, guide them to strengthen their self-education, Improve the quality of college students constantly, perfect the information supervision and feedback system of network media, optimize the information environment of ideal and belief education in "micro-era".
