【摘要】：自從現(xiàn)代大學(xué)誕生的那一天起,資金短缺就一直是其面臨的"世紀(jì)難題",大學(xué)也總是需要更多的經(jīng)費(fèi)。目前,越來越上漲且難以削減的辦學(xué)成本,更是加重了大學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺的現(xiàn)實(shí)及預(yù)期程度。這意味著花費(fèi)巨大的大學(xué)尤其是有著辦學(xué)雄心和長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)的大學(xué),要單獨(dú)依靠某一項(xiàng)或少數(shù)幾項(xiàng)收入,既不可取,也不可靠,甚至?xí)䦟⒆约簬蛞环N危險(xiǎn)境地。對(duì)我國公立院校來講,則需要多方尋求額外的支持以使其財(cái)政來源多樣化,即走出"少錢少干、沒錢不干"的公幣模式,如此這樣,才能脫離財(cái)政困境,開拓新局。
[Abstract]:Since the day of the birth of a modern university, the shortage of funds has been a "century problem" and the university always needs more money. The rising and uncut cost of running a school has aggravated the reality and expectation of the shortage of university funds. This means that the huge University, especially the ambition of running a school, has the ambition. For a university with long-term goals, it is not advisable or reliable to rely on one or a few income alone, and it will even bring itself to a dangerous situation. For public institutions in China, it is necessary to seek additional support to diversify its financial sources, that is, the "less money, less money, no money and no dry" mode of public money. We can break out of the financial difficulties and develop a new situation.
