轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的應(yīng)用技術(shù)型院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)高等教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與企業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求存在突出的錯(cuò)位對(duì)接問(wèn)題,其根源在于傳統(tǒng)高!爸乩碚、輕實(shí)踐”的教育理念。近年來(lái),教育部努力推進(jìn)普通本科院校向應(yīng)用技術(shù)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型,以滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的需要。在應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校中,實(shí)驗(yàn)室是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的重要場(chǎng)所。因此,加強(qiáng)高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè),提高其管理水平,對(duì)人才的培養(yǎng)乃至學(xué)校的生存發(fā)展都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然而受傳統(tǒng)觀念和辦學(xué)體制等因素的影響,我國(guó)高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室在建設(shè)與管理方面長(zhǎng)期存在著僵化、不靈活等問(wèn)題,這在一定程度上制約了實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理水平的提高;诖爽F(xiàn)狀,筆者對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下應(yīng)用技術(shù)型院校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)開(kāi)展研究。筆者認(rèn)為,本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型具有促進(jìn)“不憑學(xué)歷憑能力、推崇一技之長(zhǎng)”社會(huì)氛圍的形成,提高應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等重要意義,而實(shí)驗(yàn)室的創(chuàng)新建設(shè)在應(yīng)用技術(shù)型技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)中可以發(fā)揮重要的促進(jìn)作用。結(jié)合有關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果,本文總結(jié)了轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)應(yīng)用技術(shù)型院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)所提出的三項(xiàng)基本要求。通過(guò)采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,本文探究了當(dāng)前應(yīng)用技術(shù)型院校(轉(zhuǎn)型本科院校和高職高專(zhuān)院校)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室平臺(tái)建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)、管理制度等方面的狀況,以及高校學(xué)生在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中的參與程度和對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的滿(mǎn)意程度等。結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果,本文著重從實(shí)驗(yàn)室平臺(tái)建設(shè)、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和制度建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行分析,提出了創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用技術(shù)型院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。筆者認(rèn)為,在改善實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)和條件建設(shè)方面,高校應(yīng)努力做到實(shí)驗(yàn)室功能的完善與創(chuàng)新、實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源及管理的創(chuàng)新、實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理制度的創(chuàng)新;在優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)及技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面,高校應(yīng)從優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、提升實(shí)驗(yàn)人員隊(duì)伍的綜合素質(zhì)和完善實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)體系三方面開(kāi)展;在創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室各項(xiàng)管理制度方面,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步明確實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的基本原則、指導(dǎo)思想和核心理念,并提出了實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)與管理的基本思路和建議。
[Abstract]:There is a prominent mismatch between the talent training goal of traditional higher education in China and the demand for talents of enterprises. The root of this problem lies in the educational idea of "attaching importance to theory rather than practice" in traditional colleges and universities. In recent years, the Ministry of Education has made great efforts to promote the transformation from ordinary undergraduate colleges to applied technology universities in order to meet the needs of social and economic development and the construction of an innovative country. Laboratory is an important place to cultivate innovative talents in applied technology colleges and universities. Therefore, strengthening the university laboratory construction and improving its management level are of great practical significance to the cultivation of talents and the survival and development of the school. However, under the influence of traditional ideas and school running system, there are some problems in the construction and management of university laboratories in our country, such as inflexibility and inflexibility, which to some extent restrict the improvement of laboratory management level. Based on this situation, the author carries out research on laboratory construction of applied technology colleges under the background of transformation. The author believes that the transformation of undergraduate colleges has the important significance of promoting the formation of social atmosphere of "not relying on academic qualifications and ability, promoting the strength of one skill", and improving the quality of cultivating applied technical talents, and so on. The innovation construction of laboratory can play an important role in the cultivation of applied technical talents. Combined with the research results of relevant scholars, this paper summarizes three basic requirements for laboratory construction in applied technology colleges and universities. By means of questionnaire survey, this paper probes into the current situation of the laboratory platform construction, the construction of the faculty, the experimental teaching, the management system and so on in the applied technology colleges (transition undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges). And the degree of participation of college students in the laboratory and the degree of satisfaction with experimental teaching. Based on the investigation results, this paper analyzes the construction of laboratory platform, team construction and system, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for laboratory construction in innovative applied technology colleges and universities. The author thinks that in improving the experimental platform and condition construction, colleges and universities should make great efforts to perfect and innovate the laboratory function, the source of the laboratory funds and the innovation of the management, and the innovation of the management system of the experimental equipment. In the aspect of optimizing the experimental teaching and the construction of the technical staff, colleges and universities should carry out the following three aspects: optimizing the construction of the experimental staff, improving the comprehensive quality of the experimental staff and perfecting the experimental teaching system, and innovating the management system of the laboratory. The basic principles, guiding ideology and core idea of laboratory management should be further clarified, and the basic ideas and suggestions of laboratory construction and management should be put forward.
