【摘要】：我國(guó)高校更名熱度持續(xù)不減,主要分為更換高校名稱不升格和升格且更換高校名稱兩種形式。高校更名成為一些高校尋求辦學(xué)發(fā)展的路徑依賴。一些高校出于戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃調(diào)整的考慮進(jìn)行更名,也不乏盲目跟風(fēng)更名競(jìng)爭(zhēng)資源現(xiàn)象。主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家高校通過(guò)明晰的程序進(jìn)行更名,更名高校相應(yīng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革以適應(yīng)更名調(diào)整。建議我國(guó)進(jìn)一步規(guī)范高校更名程序和更名標(biāo)準(zhǔn),多方共同參與監(jiān)督高校進(jìn)行與更名相匹配的質(zhì)量建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The heat of changing names of colleges and universities in our country continues unabated, which is divided into two forms: changing names of colleges and universities without upgrading and changing names of colleges and universities. Changing the name of colleges and universities has become the path dependence of some colleges and universities seeking for the development of running schools. Some colleges and universities change their names out of the consideration of strategic planning adjustment, but also blindly change their names to compete for resources. The main developed country university carries on the name change through the clear procedure, the name university carries on the teaching reform accordingly to adapt to the rename adjustment. It is suggested that our country should further standardize the procedures and standards of changing names of colleges and universities, and participate in the supervision of the quality construction of colleges and universities in accordance with the change of name.
