【摘要】：結(jié)合地方產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級對藝術(shù)設(shè)計人才的需求特征,通過產(chǎn)教深度融合培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型跨界人才的模型建構(gòu),探討了聯(lián)盟、基地、項目、團隊、平臺五個核心要素有序推進的重要作用,分析了教學機制在五個要素點相互支撐、流動與共享中的匹配關(guān)系,以期為地方本科院校實施產(chǎn)教融合以及藝術(shù)設(shè)計教學改革提供思路和建議。
[Abstract]:The important role of five core elements of alliance, base, project, team and platform is discussed in order to develop the model construction of applied transboundary talent through the integration of local industry transformation and upgrading to the demand characteristics of art design talents, and the important role of the alliance, base, project, team and platform, and the mutual support, flow and sharing of the teaching machine system in the five elements are analyzed. In order to provide ideas and suggestions for local colleges and universities to implement integration of production and education and teaching reform of art design.
