【摘要】：隨著民辦教育促進法修改草案審議通過以及三個配套政策文件相繼出臺,從頂層制度上掃除了我國營利性民辦高校發(fā)展道路上的障礙。但是制度是一個規(guī)則,不能對其背后潛在的困境進行梳理和指引。本文從教師隊伍、生源、定價學(xué)費、設(shè)置課程四個維度進行分析,提出有關(guān)于營利性民辦高校發(fā)展的系列問題的解決關(guān)乎我國民辦教育分類管理改革的成敗。
[Abstract]:With the review and approval of the revised draft of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and the publication of three supporting policy documents one after another, the obstacles in the development of our country's for-profit private colleges and universities have been removed from the top level system. But the institution is a rule, can't carve out and guide the potential predicament behind it. Based on the analysis of the four dimensions of teachers, student resources, pricing fees and curriculum, this paper points out that the solution to the series of problems related to the development of profit-making private colleges and universities is related to the success or failure of the classified management reform of private education in China.
