【摘要】：本文通過對設計人才培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)建構的可行性進行分析,圍繞創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的資源配置與運營模式進行了探索性論證。自循環(huán)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的嘗試性建立,使教學原則、教學方式、組織形式等也將為之轉變更新,學校、教師、學生作為其中的核心要素將與系統(tǒng)良性運轉一同演化。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the feasibility of constructing innovative ecosystem for talents training, this paper discusses the resource allocation and operation mode of innovative ecosystem. The tentative establishment of the self-circulating ecosystem will change the teaching principles, teaching methods and organizational forms. Schools, teachers and students as the core elements of the system will evolve together with the benign operation of the system.
