【摘要】：加強(qiáng)思想政治教育學(xué)科規(guī)范性建設(shè),是堅(jiān)持思想政治教育學(xué)科性質(zhì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育學(xué)科科學(xué)化發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)思想政治教育學(xué)科專門人才的內(nèi)在要求。30多年來的思想政治教育學(xué)科建設(shè)無疑取得了顯著成就,但在一定程度上還存在對思想政治教育學(xué)科性質(zhì)和定位不夠明確、研究方向分散而寬泛、人才培養(yǎng)偏離學(xué)科邊界、教師隊(duì)伍部分人員專業(yè)素質(zhì)欠缺等問題,其原因主要在于對思想政治教育學(xué)科認(rèn)識不足、缺乏學(xué)科建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、學(xué)科規(guī)模性發(fā)展過快等方面,需要從科學(xué)把握思想政治教育的本質(zhì)、明確學(xué)科定位和邊界、制定和完善學(xué)科建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、加強(qiáng)學(xué)科評估等方面進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)思想政治教育學(xué)科規(guī)范性建設(shè),從而促進(jìn)思想政治教育學(xué)科的科學(xué)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:To strengthen the normative construction of the subject of ideological and political education is to adhere to the nature of the subject of ideological and political education. To realize the scientific development of the subject of ideological and political education and to train the specialized talents of the discipline of ideological and political education, the discipline construction of ideological and political education in the past 30 years has undoubtedly made remarkable achievements. However, to a certain extent, there are still some problems, such as the nature and orientation of the subject of ideological and political education are not clear enough, the research direction is scattered and broad, the talent training deviates from the subject boundary, the professional quality of some teachers is lacking, and so on. The main reason lies in the lack of understanding of the subject of ideological and political education, the lack of experience in discipline construction, the rapid development of the subject scale, and so on. It is necessary to grasp the essence of ideological and political education scientifically and to define the orientation and boundary of the subject. In order to promote the scientific development of the subject of ideological and political education, we should formulate and perfect the development plan of discipline construction, strengthen the discipline evaluation and other aspects, and further strengthen the normative construction of the subject of ideological and political education.
