【摘要】：比較新加坡、香港和上海三座亞洲國際化大都市的六所研究型高校在學(xué)生國際化、師資國際化、課程國際化和國際合作辦學(xué)上的進(jìn)展,并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)和政策分析,歸納了三地高等教育國際化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)、路徑和模式。通過借鑒新加坡和香港的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出推進(jìn)上海國際化進(jìn)程的相關(guān)建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),較之新加坡和香港的外向型高等教育國際化發(fā)展模式,上海實(shí)踐的是內(nèi)向型高等教育國際化發(fā)展方式,未來需要重視學(xué)術(shù)理念和經(jīng)濟(jì)理念,轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)向型和外向型并重的高等教育國際化發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:To compare the progress of six research universities in the internationalization of students, teachers, curriculum and international cooperation in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and combine the literature and policy analysis. This paper summarizes the characteristics, paths and models of the internationalization development of higher education in the three places. By learning from the experience of Singapore and Hong Kong, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the internationalization of Shanghai. The study found that compared with the internationalization development model of extroverted higher education in Singapore and Hong Kong, Shanghai is practicing the internal-oriented higher education internationalization development mode and needs to attach importance to academic and economic concepts in the future. Turn to both introverted and extroverted higher education internationalization development model.
