【摘要】：高校校訓(xùn)作為大學(xué)的精神靈魂,代表著一個(gè)時(shí)代的精神和一所學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念,更是全校師生員工眾望所歸的精神家園。近年來(lái),伴隨高等教育的發(fā)展,我國(guó)校訓(xùn)教育的研究開(kāi)始受到學(xué)校和社會(huì)的關(guān)注。研究高校校訓(xùn)教育的價(jià)值和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,不僅可以推動(dòng)大學(xué)校園文化建設(shè),豐富高等教育形式。也可以在實(shí)際工作中注重學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)和科學(xué)文化水平的提高和培養(yǎng),進(jìn)而有助于受教育者綜合素質(zhì)的提高,只有這樣,才能造就優(yōu)秀的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者。本文創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、分析歸納法、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等研究方法,就是為了整理和思考我國(guó)高校校訓(xùn)教育的有關(guān)問(wèn)題,揭示高校校訓(xùn)的文化內(nèi)涵、基本特征及與其它相關(guān)概念的關(guān)系。文章闡述了高校校訓(xùn)教育的激勵(lì)、育人和約束功能,并就目前我國(guó)高校校訓(xùn)教育的開(kāi)展情況進(jìn)行了分析。與此同時(shí),本文還大量列舉了一些高校校訓(xùn)教育工作的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和優(yōu)秀做法,希望可以為本文的論證提供強(qiáng)有力的事實(shí)依據(jù)。最后一部分,本文主要研究了加強(qiáng)校訓(xùn)教育的原則和方法,主要表現(xiàn)為:特色性、多樣性和實(shí)效性原則。在一般原則基礎(chǔ)上,從主客體積極性、教育教學(xué)系統(tǒng)、宣傳體系、多彩活動(dòng)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行校訓(xùn)教育方法的探索。以期為增強(qiáng)校訓(xùn)教育工作的實(shí)效性提供借鑒意義,從而可以真正發(fā)揮校訓(xùn)教育的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As the spiritual soul of the university, the university motto represents the spirit of an era and the idea of running a school, and it is also the spiritual home of the teachers, students and staff of the whole school. In recent years, with the development of higher education, the research of school motto education has been concerned by schools and society. Studying the value and realization method of college motto education can not only promote the construction of campus culture, but also enrich the form of higher education. We can also pay attention to the improvement and cultivation of students' ideological and moral quality and the level of science and culture in practical work, and then contribute to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the educatees. Only in this way can we bring up excellent socialist builders. This paper creatively uses the methods of literature research, analysis and induction, integrating theory with practice, and so on, in order to sort out and think about the related problems of the university motto education in our country, and to reveal the cultural connotation of the university motto. Basic characteristics and relationship with other related concepts. This paper expounds the functions of encouragement, education and restraint of the university motto education, and analyzes the development of the university motto education in our country at present. At the same time, this paper also lists a large number of successful experiences and excellent practices in the work of university motto education, hoping to provide a strong factual basis for the argument of this paper. In the last part, this paper mainly studies the principles and methods of strengthening school motto education, which are characterized by characteristics, diversity and effectiveness. On the basis of general principles, this paper probes into the teaching methods of school motto from the aspects of initiative of subject and object, education and teaching system, propaganda system, colorful activities and so on. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the school motto education to provide reference significance, so as to give full play to the value of school motto education.
