【摘要】：高校道德教育和法治教育作為大學生素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分,二者的融合不僅有利于大學生自身綜合素質(zhì)的提高,也有利于我國公民整體的道德素質(zhì)和法律素質(zhì)的提高,還有利于全面依法治國這一重大戰(zhàn)略部署的深入展開。當前,我們在高校道德教育和法治教育的融合上已經(jīng)取得了長足的進步,但還存在著一些問題,諸如高校道德教育和高校法治教育之中相關(guān)課程的設(shè)置還不夠完善,有些教師在道德教育和法治教育融合的過程中對于大學生的引導還不足夠,大學生對自身道德素質(zhì)和法律素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成之必要性的認識也不夠充分,等等。上述問題的解決要通過借鑒國外的先進經(jīng)驗,挖掘教育教學實踐中教師和課程方面尚未開發(fā)出的潛力,將課堂上的理論教學和校園里其它實踐活動結(jié)合起來等途徑,以增強教師在道德教育和法治教育融合過程中的實際能力,增強相關(guān)教育教學實踐的豐富性和靈活性,增強大學生學習相關(guān)課程的主動性,并增強學校、家庭和社會在二者融合過程中的整體配合,最終實現(xiàn)促進大學生道德素質(zhì)和法律素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展的教育目標。
[Abstract]:As an important part of college students' quality education, moral education and rule of law education in colleges and universities are not only beneficial to the improvement of comprehensive quality of college students themselves, but also to the improvement of the moral and legal qualities of Chinese citizens as a whole. It is also conducive to the overall rule of law this major strategic deployment in depth. At present, we have made great progress in the integration of moral education and rule of law education in colleges and universities, but there are still some problems, such as the establishment of relevant courses in moral education and rule of law education in colleges and universities is not perfect enough. Some teachers in the process of the integration of moral education and rule of law education for the guidance of college students are not enough, students of their own moral quality and the necessity of legal quality is not enough, and so on. To solve the above problems, we should learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, tap the potential of teachers and curriculum in the practice of education and teaching, and combine the theoretical teaching in the classroom with other practical activities in the campus, etc. In order to enhance teachers' practical ability in the process of integrating moral education and rule of law education, to enhance the richness and flexibility of relevant educational and teaching practices, to enhance the initiative of college students in learning related courses, and to enhance schools, The whole cooperation of family and society in the process of merging them can finally achieve the educational goal of promoting the all-round development of college students' moral quality and legal quality.
