【摘要】：延安精神是中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廣大軍民,將馬克思主義理論與中國具體國情相結(jié)合,又將中國的革命實(shí)踐與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合,逐步發(fā)展形成的。大學(xué)生黨員是中國共產(chǎn)黨的新生力量,在高校學(xué)生中是一個(gè)能夠時(shí)刻體現(xiàn)中國共產(chǎn)黨先鋒模范作用的特殊群體。大學(xué)生黨員肩負(fù)著建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化以及實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國夢(mèng)”的歷史重任,弘揚(yáng)延安精神,提升大學(xué)生黨員的思想素質(zhì)對(duì)于培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和接班人,具有極其重要的意義。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)查法,系統(tǒng)的闡述了延安精神的基本內(nèi)涵,大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)的基本要求,以及弘揚(yáng)延安精神與大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)提升的有機(jī)契合。以520名學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)大學(xué)生黨員教育和大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)進(jìn)行調(diào)研。調(diào)查表明,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生黨員教育存在著教育活動(dòng)形式化的問題,大學(xué)生黨員入黨動(dòng)機(jī)多樣化,個(gè)別大學(xué)生黨員理想信念不堅(jiān)定,和模范作用不突出的問題。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,在研究分析了延安精神的內(nèi)涵與大學(xué)生黨員應(yīng)具備的思想素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)之上,將弘揚(yáng)延安精神與大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)提升有機(jī)契合,論述了兩者契合的基本點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)闡述了弘揚(yáng)延安精神,是大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)提升的關(guān)鍵所在,以及弘揚(yáng)延安精神對(duì)提升大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)的價(jià)值。本文運(yùn)用了調(diào)查法,分析了大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)存在的問題,并且針對(duì)這些問題,將延安精神融入大學(xué)生黨員思想教育,有針對(duì)性地提出了弘揚(yáng)延安精神、提升大學(xué)生黨員思想素質(zhì)的路徑。通過本文的研究,能夠豐富大學(xué)生黨員思想教育的內(nèi)容,從而更好的開展大學(xué)生黨員教育;切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高校黨的建設(shè),引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生黨員堅(jiān)定正確的政治方向,堅(jiān)持全心全意為人民服務(wù)的宗旨,始終保持共產(chǎn)黨人的先進(jìn)性和純潔性,為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供不竭動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The spirit of Yan'an is formed by the Communist Party of China leading the army and the people, combining Marxist theory with China's specific national conditions, and combining China's revolutionary practice with excellent traditional culture. College student party member is the new strength of the Communist Party of China, and it is a special group among the college students who can embody the pioneering and exemplary role of the Communist Party of China at all times. Party members of college students shoulder the historical responsibility of building socialist modernization and realizing "Chinese Dream" and carry forward the spirit of Yan'an. It is of great significance to improve the ideological quality of college students' Party members for the cultivation of qualified constructors and successors of socialist cause with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty. In this paper, the author systematically expounds the basic connotation of Yan'an spirit, the basic requirements of the ideological quality of college students' Party members, and the organic agreement between carrying forward Yan'an spirit and improving the ideological quality of college students' Party members. In this paper, 520 students were investigated on the party member education and ideological quality of college students. The investigation shows that there are some problems in the education of college students' Party members, such as the formalization of educational activities, the diversification of college students' motivation to join the Party, the lack of firm ideals and beliefs of individual college students' Party members, and the lack of outstanding exemplary role. The innovation of this paper is that, on the basis of studying and analyzing the connotation of Yan'an spirit and the ideological quality that college students Party members should possess, it is an organic agreement between carrying forward Yan'an spirit and enhancing the ideological quality of college students Party members. This paper discusses the basic points of the agreement between the two, expounds systematically that carrying forward the spirit of Yan'an is the key to the improvement of the ideological quality of college students' Party members, and the value of carrying forward the spirit of Yan'an on the improvement of the ideological quality of college students' Party members. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological quality of college students' Party members by using the method of investigation, and aiming at these problems, integrates the spirit of Yan'an into the ideological education of college students' Party members, and puts forward to carry forward the spirit of Yan'an. The way to improve the ideological quality of college students'Party members. Through the research of this paper, it can enrich the content of the ideological education of college students' party members, so as to better carry out the education of college students' party members, strengthen the party building in colleges and universities, and guide college students' party members to firmly and correctly political direction. Adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, always maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Communists, and provide an inexhaustible impetus for the socialist modernization drive.
