從教育者到教師教育者—論高校師范專業(yè)教師的入職適應(yīng)

【摘要】:隨著教育改革的推進(jìn),教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)要求愈發(fā)嚴(yán)格。作為其專業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)者,教師教育者逐漸進(jìn)入研究者的視線。已有研究通過考察概念界定、類型劃分、角色構(gòu)成、專業(yè)素質(zhì)及專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面,探尋教師教育者的專業(yè)發(fā)展特點。然而,對其專業(yè)發(fā)展前期——入職適應(yīng)期的狀況知之甚少。本研究以教師教育者中的高校師范專業(yè)教師為研究對象,通過調(diào)查其入職適應(yīng)狀況,分析入職適應(yīng)的過程,探尋促進(jìn)其入職適應(yīng)的策略。主要包含以下四個部分:第一部分為導(dǎo)論。梳理已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)界鮮少關(guān)注高校師范專業(yè)教師的入職適應(yīng),對其入職適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀及過程不甚了解,提出的策略缺乏針對性。據(jù)此確定從現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查至過程分析再至策略探究的研究思路。第二部分呈現(xiàn)高校師范專業(yè)教師入職適應(yīng)狀況。根據(jù)時間線索,依次呈現(xiàn)其崗前狀況、適應(yīng)中的困難與教師的應(yīng)對、以及部分教師陷入焦慮與再次調(diào)整。第三部分剖析高校師范專業(yè)教師入職適應(yīng)過程。首先提出其入職適應(yīng)的獨特之處——“雙重適應(yīng)”,緊接著分析產(chǎn)生原因,其后闡明“雙重適應(yīng)”的實現(xiàn)與教師“角色意識”覺醒的關(guān)系,最后考察“雙重適應(yīng)”中所受阻礙及原因。第四部分探索促進(jìn)高校師范專業(yè)教師入職適應(yīng)的策略。立足于對其入職適應(yīng)過程的理解,分別向兩重適應(yīng)提出策略。首先幫助教師融入高校環(huán)境,推動第一重適應(yīng)進(jìn)行。其次增強其角色意識,促進(jìn)第二重適應(yīng)。再次更新教師已有觀念,減少其對適應(yīng)的排斥。最后為他們提供有力的支持,保障其專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of educational reform, teachers' professional quality is becoming more and more strict. As the cultivator of their professional quality, teachers and educators gradually enter the line of sight of researchers. Some studies have explored the characteristics of teachers' and educators' professional development by examining the definition of concept, classification of types, role composition, professional quality and professional standards. However, little is known about the early-entry period of their professional development. This study takes the teachers of colleges and universities among teachers educators as the research object, through the investigation of the situation of their entry adaptation, analyzes the process of entry adaptation, and explores the strategies to promote their entry adaptation. Mainly includes the following four parts: the first part is the introduction. It is found that the academic circles pay little attention to the induction of teachers in colleges and universities, do not understand the current situation and process of the adaptation, and the proposed strategies are lack of pertinence. Based on this, the research ideas from current situation investigation to process analysis and strategy exploration are determined. The second part presents the adaptation of teachers majoring in colleges and universities. According to the time clue, it presents its pre-job situation, the difficulties in adaptation and the teachers' coping, and some teachers fall into anxiety and readjust again. The third part analyzes the adaptation process of teachers majoring in colleges and universities. First of all, the author puts forward the unique feature of his entry adaptation-"double adaptation", and then analyzes the causes, and then expounds the relationship between the realization of "double adaptation" and the awakening of teacher's "role consciousness". Finally, the author examines the obstacles and causes of double adaptation. The fourth part explores the strategies to promote the teachers of colleges and universities. Based on the understanding of the process of entry adaptation, the strategy of dual adaptation is put forward. First of all, to help teachers integrate into the university environment, and promote the first adaptation. Secondly, strengthen its role consciousness and promote the second adaptation. Renew teachers' existing ideas and reduce their rejection of adaptation. Finally, to provide them with strong support to ensure their professional development.
