新時期大學生思想道德優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:黨的十八大明確提出高校要按照“把立德樹人作為教育的根本任務,培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會主義建設者和接班人的總要求”(1),承擔起培養(yǎng)高素質人才的主要任務。大學生屬于國家高層次人才,其綜合素質的高低對于提升國家的綜合國力具有重要的影響作用。社會對大學生的認識一直停留在其有豐富的知識儲備、較高的學習能力,而對其思想道德狀態(tài)方面的關注不多。因此,分析大學生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀并提出優(yōu)化大學生思想道德的對策既有理論意義,又有實踐意義。為能夠提出切實有效的優(yōu)化對策,首先分析了當代大學生的特點,并根據這些大學生獨有的特征提出了優(yōu)化大學生思想道德應該遵循的原則:堅持教學的雙主體原則、堅持教學內容的適應性原則、堅持教育方式的多樣性原則、堅持教育要素的協(xié)同性原則。隨后,以山西幾所高校為調查樣本,以問卷方式對大學生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀進行調查,并據此對大學生思想道德現(xiàn)狀進行分析,清晰指出其思想道德方面的積極表現(xiàn)和存在問題。調查結果顯示,大學生總體思想道德狀況較好,其積極表現(xiàn)主要有:政治上積極上進,關心國家大事;價值理念清晰、弘揚艱苦奮斗意識比較強;道德認知優(yōu)良,能自覺遵守社會基本道德規(guī)范。但少部分大學生的思想道德狀況與社會發(fā)展要求、高校人才培養(yǎng)目標還存在明顯差距,具體表現(xiàn)為:理想信念有所缺失、誠信意識有所弱化、價值取向呈功利性等。隨后,從四個方面分析了造成大學生思想道德方面存在問題的原因:社會道德教育的移位、學校思想道德教育功能不能與時俱進、家庭對于思想道德教育的不足、學生自身因素。最后,重點探討了優(yōu)化大學生思想道德的對策問題;诖髮W生思想道德教育應該遵循的原則,根據大學生思想道德方面存在的問題及產生問題的原因,并緊密結合大學生特點提出優(yōu)化大學生思想道德需要五個條件,即:黨和政府的支持是大學生思想道德工作順利推進的前提條件、搶占互聯(lián)網新陣地是優(yōu)化大學生思想道德的有利條件、優(yōu)化家庭環(huán)境是做好大學生思想道德工作的基本條件、完善大學生的自我教育機制是優(yōu)化大學生思想道德的重要條件、完善高校思想道德教育體系是優(yōu)化大學生思想道德的主要條件。另外,優(yōu)化大學生思想道德水平不能局限于高校這一個陣地,而應該形成全社會齊抓共管的局面。因此,在滿足上述五個條件后,還應建立黨和政府、社會、高校、大學生個人、家庭五位聯(lián)動的思想道德教育機制。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Party clearly pointed out that colleges and universities should carry out the main task of cultivating high-quality talents according to the general requirements of cultivating socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty as the fundamental task of education. College students belong to the high-level talents of the country, and their comprehensive quality plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive national strength of the country. The society's understanding of college students has always remained in their rich knowledge reserves and higher learning ability, but little attention has been paid to their ideological and moral state. Therefore, it is of both theoretical and practical significance to analyze the ideological and moral status of college students and put forward countermeasures to optimize them. In order to put forward practical and effective optimization countermeasures, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of contemporary college students, and according to the unique characteristics of these college students, puts forward the principles that should be followed in optimizing college students' ideology and morality: adhering to the principle of dual subject in teaching. Adhere to the principle of adaptability of teaching content, the principle of diversity of educational methods and the principle of synergy of educational elements. Then, taking several colleges and universities in Shanxi as the investigation sample, this paper makes an investigation on the ideological and moral status of college students by questionnaire, and points out the positive performance and existing problems of their ideological and moral aspects according to the analysis of the ideological and moral status of college students. The results of the investigation show that the overall ideological and moral status of college students is relatively good, and their positive manifestations are as follows: positive political progress, concern for state affairs, clear values, strong sense of hard work and hard work, good moral cognition, Can consciously abide by the basic moral norms of society. However, the ideological and moral status of a small number of college students and the requirements of social development, there is still a clear gap in the goal of talent training in colleges and universities, the specific performance is: the absence of ideals and beliefs, the weakening of integrity awareness, value orientation is utilitarian, and so on. Then, it analyzes the causes of the problems in the ideological and moral aspects of college students from four aspects: the shift of social moral education, the failure of the function of ideological and moral education in schools, and the deficiency of family in ideological and moral education. The student's own factors. Finally, the paper discusses the countermeasures of optimizing college students' ideology and morality. Based on the principles that should be followed in the ideological and moral education of college students, according to the problems existing in the ideological and moral aspects of college students and the causes of the problems, and in close combination with the characteristics of college students, five conditions are put forward to optimize the ideological and moral needs of college students. That is, the support of the Party and the government is the prerequisite for the smooth advancement of the ideological and moral work of college students, the occupation of new positions on the Internet is the favorable condition for optimizing the ideological and moral conditions of college students, and the optimization of the family environment is the basic condition for doing a good job in the ideological and moral work of college students. To perfect the self-education mechanism of college students is an important condition to optimize the ideological and moral of college students, and to perfect the system of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities is the main condition to optimize the ideological and moral of college students. In addition, the optimization of the ideological and moral level of college students should not be confined to the position of the university, but should form the situation of the whole society. Therefore, after meeting the above five conditions, we should also establish the ideological and moral education mechanism of the party and government, society, colleges and universities, individual students and families.
