【摘要】：目的:了解醫(yī)學院開展"無煙校園"建設(shè)的效果,為學校全面展開建設(shè)無煙校園提供參考。方法:利用分層隨機整群抽樣方法,抽取2011~2013級在校醫(yī)學生,采用現(xiàn)場自填式問卷調(diào)查收集資料,基線調(diào)查有效問卷690份,終末調(diào)查有效問卷356份,資料采用SPSS 21.0統(tǒng)計軟件分析。結(jié)果:"無煙校園"建設(shè)前后學生吸煙率為9.28%(64/690)、6.20%(22/360),吸煙率差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.001)。"無煙校園"建設(shè)前后62.4%被調(diào)查醫(yī)學生確切表示未來肯定不會抽煙,2.2%以下的被調(diào)查學生表示將來肯定會吸煙。"無煙校園"建設(shè)前后吸煙危害健康知識知曉率分別是24.35%(168/690)、34.55%(123/356),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.001)。被調(diào)查學生對吸煙更易患肺氣腫、心臟病、其他心血管疾病、中風、陽痿等方面的知曉率均顯著提高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其余各項知曉率均無統(tǒng)計學意義。經(jīng)過"無煙校園"建設(shè),醫(yī)學生對建設(shè)"無煙校園"持贊同意見的比例稍有提升,在90%左右。醫(yī)學生吸煙行為的多因素Logistic回歸研究顯示,性別和患慢性病兩個變量具有統(tǒng)計學意義,是影響醫(yī)學生吸煙行為的因素。結(jié)論:通過"無煙校園"建設(shè)活動,一定程度上降低了醫(yī)學生的吸煙率,為醫(yī)學院校全面開展"無煙校園"建設(shè)具有示范意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the effect of building smoke-free campus in medical college, and to provide reference for the construction of smoke-free campus. Methods: the stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select the medical students of class 20112013. The data were collected by self-filling questionnaire, 690 valid questionnaires and 356 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results: before and after the construction of "smokeless campus", the smoking rate of students was 9.28 / 690 / 6.20 and the difference of smoking rate was statistically significant (P 0.001). " "before and after the construction of the smoke-free campus, 62.4 percent of medical students surveyed definitely said they would definitely not smoke in the future. Less than 2.2 percent of the students surveyed said they would definitely smoke in the future." Before and after the construction of the smokeless campus, the awareness rate of the knowledge about the health hazards of smoking was 24.358 / 690 / 34.5553 / 356g, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The students were more likely to suffer from emphysema, heart disease, other cardiovascular diseases, stroke, impotence and so on. Through the construction of smokeless campus, the proportion of medical students who agree with the construction of smokeless campus is slightly increased, about 90%. The multivariate Logistic regression study on smoking behavior of medical students showed that sex and chronic diseases were statistically significant and were the factors influencing smoking behavior of medical students. Conclusion: the smoking rate of medical students is reduced to a certain extent through the construction of "smoke-free campus", which is of great significance for medical colleges to carry out the construction of smoke-free campus in an all-round way.
