【摘要】：黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)《決定》明確提出:"堅(jiān)持依法治國和以德治國相結(jié)合,并把其作為實(shí)現(xiàn)全面推進(jìn)依法治國總目標(biāo)必須堅(jiān)持的重要原則。"這對(duì)高校開展大學(xué)生法治教育與道德教育提出了更高的要求,讓新時(shí)期對(duì)法治教育與道德教育相結(jié)合的課題研究具有相當(dāng)?shù)睦碚撘饬x和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文由四個(gè)部分組成,文章對(duì)法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合的國內(nèi)外背景和意義做了說明,深入剖析了法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)和必要性,找到兩者結(jié)合存在的問題并進(jìn)行分析,積極探尋解決問題的對(duì)策。第一部分,主要闡述了法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合課題的背景和意義,指出課題在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及整體的研究思路和方法。第二部分,首先對(duì)法治教育與道德教育的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡述,再對(duì)大學(xué)生法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)和必要性作了闡釋,為兩者的結(jié)合提供理論依據(jù)。第三部分,從大學(xué)生法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合的現(xiàn)狀入手,找出兩者相結(jié)合存在的問題,認(rèn)為高校教育理念存在偏差、教育內(nèi)容不夠合理、教育方式有待改進(jìn)、管理機(jī)制需要完善、大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)有待提高,并從學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭、個(gè)人四個(gè)角度出發(fā)對(duì)問題進(jìn)行分析。第四個(gè)部分,積極探尋解決法治教育與道德教育結(jié)合的問題的對(duì)策,從外因驅(qū)動(dòng)和內(nèi)因驅(qū)動(dòng)兩方面來結(jié)合問題給予對(duì)策,主要有完善高校教學(xué)工作建設(shè);加強(qiáng)高校管理工作建設(shè);加強(qiáng)社會(huì)環(huán)境建設(shè)以及大學(xué)生素質(zhì)的自我提升。
[Abstract]:The "decision" of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward: "We must adhere to the principle of combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue, and regard it as an important principle to achieve the overall goal of administering the country according to law in an all-round way." This puts forward higher requirements for the university students to carry out the education of rule of law and moral education, so that the research on the subject of the combination of the education of rule of law and moral education in the new period has considerable theoretical and practical significance. This paper is composed of four parts. The paper explains the background and significance of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, and deeply analyzes the foundation and necessity of the combination of rule of law education and moral education. Find out the problems existing in the combination of the two and analyze them, and actively explore the countermeasures to solve the problems. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the subject of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, and points out the research status at home and abroad, as well as the overall research ideas and methods. In the second part, the connotation of the education of rule of law and moral education is expounded, and then the foundation and necessity of the combination of the education of rule of law and moral education of college students are explained, which provides the theoretical basis for the combination of the two. The third part, starting with the current situation of the combination of the rule of law education and moral education of college students, finds out the problems existing in the combination of the two, and points out that there are deviations in the concept of higher education, the content of education is not reasonable, and the way of education needs to be improved. The management mechanism needs to be perfected, and the quality of college students needs to be improved, and the problems are analyzed from four angles: school, society, family and individual. The fourth part, actively explore the solution to the problem of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, from the external and internal factors to combine the two aspects of the problem to give countermeasures, mainly to improve the teaching work in colleges and universities; Strengthen the construction of university management, strengthen the construction of social environment and the self-improvement of college students' quality.
