【摘要】:在回應中國特色社會工作的特質,社會工作教育與研究顯得蒼白無力。只有反思當前中國社會工作脫離現實的“教育先行”話語,從“涼爽高地”跳入實踐的“低洼沼澤地”俯身與社會工作實務者攜手共進;在伙伴關系相互融入或者鑲嵌基礎上,以發(fā)展性社會工作理論與實踐為基礎,通過行動研究以及服務—學習所要求的反身性和行動性進行高度協同;以后現代主義對不確定和多元包容的知識重新建構社會工作教育。云南大學社會工作研究所協同云南連心社區(qū)照顧服務中心建立“大連心”團隊,以立足西部十余年的社會工作實踐教育為基礎,發(fā)展出一套以社會創(chuàng)新、融合和整合為核心概念的發(fā)展性社會工作教育與實踐模式。該模式認為社會工作教育必須將傳統的研究、教育與社會服
