【摘要】：目的對(duì)應(yīng)用個(gè)性化帶教模式對(duì)在外科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生實(shí)施帶教的效果進(jìn)行研究。方法選擇2015年7月~2016年7月在我院外科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生88名作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)將其分為對(duì)照組和研究組,各44例。采用常規(guī)帶教模式對(duì)對(duì)照組研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)帶教;采用個(gè)性化帶教模式對(duì)研究組研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)帶教。對(duì)比兩組研究對(duì)象在帶教干預(yù)前后的理論考核和操作技能考核分?jǐn)?shù)的改善幅度、對(duì)外科實(shí)習(xí)帶教過(guò)程中帶教模式的滿意度、工作中差錯(cuò)性事件的發(fā)生例數(shù)。結(jié)果研究組研究對(duì)象在帶教干預(yù)前后的理論考核和操作技能考核分?jǐn)?shù)的改善幅度明顯大于對(duì)照組;對(duì)外科實(shí)習(xí)帶教過(guò)程中帶教模式的滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組;工作中差錯(cuò)性事件的發(fā)生例數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論應(yīng)用個(gè)性化帶教模式對(duì)在外科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)生實(shí)施帶教的效果非常明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of individualized teaching mode on nursing students in surgery. Methods 88 nursing students in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 44) and study group (n = 44). The normal teaching model was used to teach the subjects in the control group, and the individualized teaching mode was used to teach the study group. The degree of improvement of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was compared between the two groups, the satisfaction of the teaching mode in the teaching process of surgical practice and the number of cases of error-related events in the work were compared. Results in the study group, the improvement range of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was significantly greater than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching mode in the process of surgical practice teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of error-related events in the work was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion the application of individualized teaching mode is very effective for nursing students in surgery practice.
