高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享平臺設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)客教育具有無限的價值潛能,將對個人的個體發(fā)展、團體的課程改革、國家的教育系統(tǒng)以及人才戰(zhàn)略的變革產(chǎn)生重大影響。在知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識這種無形資源正逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的有形資源成為推動社會進步的關(guān)鍵因素,知識的開放與共享已經(jīng)成為了人們的迫切需求,反觀目前高校創(chuàng)客教育,還普遍實行由單一的實體空間支撐全部的學(xué)習(xí)活動,易形成“信息孤島”,且不能適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)者對知識創(chuàng)新越來越高的需求。高校創(chuàng)客教育活動實際上是一個知識管理的過程,知識共享是知識管理的核心,促進成員之間積極進行知識分享有利于提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,促使學(xué)生進行自主學(xué)習(xí)。因此,構(gòu)建知識共享平臺對創(chuàng)客教育的發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實意義。首先,本文通過文獻研究對創(chuàng)客教育的知識主體進行了劃分,并對創(chuàng)客教育學(xué)習(xí)者的特點進行了分析。通過對典型創(chuàng)客項目案例進行分析,按照知識的類別以及主題對創(chuàng)客教育的知識進行了整理和歸納,并分析了其知識關(guān)系。在對學(xué)習(xí)者個體之間的隱性知識共享和創(chuàng)客空間內(nèi)部隱性知識共享分析的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了學(xué)習(xí)者隱性知識社會化以及外顯化過程,并提出了創(chuàng)客空間內(nèi)部隱性知識共享模型。通過對高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享的要素分析,提出了其知識共享理論模型。其次,采用調(diào)查研究法研究了高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享行為的影響因素,基于社會認知理論歸納出自我效能、結(jié)果預(yù)期、評價顧忌、平臺氛圍等四個因素是影響高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享行為的主要因素,提出了研究假設(shè),并建立了研究模型。通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,得出自我效能感是學(xué)習(xí)者在知識共享平臺中進行知識共享時的基礎(chǔ),在平臺氛圍較好的環(huán)境下,自我效能感較高的學(xué)習(xí)者其結(jié)果預(yù)期程度相應(yīng)較高,其評價顧忌程度相對較低,將會顯著的促進學(xué)習(xí)者知識共享行為的結(jié)論。最后,以理論模型為指導(dǎo),基于知識創(chuàng)新SECI模型對高校創(chuàng)客教育的知識共享平臺的用戶需求進行了劃分及分析,設(shè)計并闡述了平臺的主要功能以及特色功能。結(jié)合創(chuàng)新2.0時代特點,對高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享平臺的資源建設(shè)研究,針對資源建設(shè)中存在的問題展開討論,提出了創(chuàng)客知識共享平臺資源建設(shè)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,通過對用戶信息資源需求和信息資源的特點進行分析,論述了信息資源建設(shè)的內(nèi)容及措施,構(gòu)建了高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享平臺的激勵機制。最終設(shè)計出高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享平臺并根據(jù)創(chuàng)客教育有關(guān)專家對于平臺設(shè)計方案所提出的意見和建議,對平臺設(shè)計方案做出修正。高校創(chuàng)客教育知識共享平臺彌補了傳統(tǒng)知識共享平臺重資源輕交流的弊端,強調(diào)以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心的設(shè)計理念,以創(chuàng)客項目作為平臺內(nèi)容載體,對促進高校創(chuàng)客教育學(xué)習(xí)者的知識共享水平提升有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the intangible resource of knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional tangible resources as the key factor to promote social progress, and the opening and opening of knowledge. Sharing has become an urgent need for people. In contrast, the current education in Colleges and universities is generally implemented by a single entity space to support all the learning activities. It is easy to form a "information island" and can not adapt to the increasing demand for knowledge innovation by the learners. Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management. Promoting active knowledge sharing among members is beneficial to improving students' interest in learning and promoting students to study independently. Therefore, the construction of knowledge sharing platform is of practical significance to the development of creative education. In this paper, the characteristics of the creative students are analyzed. Through the analysis of the typical cases, the knowledge is sorted and summed up according to the categories and themes of the knowledge, and the knowledge relationship is analyzed. The recessive knowledge sharing and the implicit knowledge sharing in the creation space are analyzed. On the basis of this, the socialization of tacit knowledge and the process of explicit knowledge are clarified, and the implicit knowledge sharing model is put forward. The theoretical model of knowledge sharing is put forward through the analysis of the elements of knowledge sharing in the educational knowledge sharing in Colleges and universities. On the basis of the social cognitive theory, the four factors, such as self-efficacy, result expectation, evaluation scruple and platform atmosphere, are the main factors that affect the knowledge sharing behavior of College Students' creative education. The research hypothesis is put forward and a research model is set up. On the basis of knowledge sharing in Taichung, in the environment with better platform atmosphere, the learners with higher self-efficacy have higher expected results, and their evaluation scruples are relatively low, which will significantly promote the knowledge sharing behavior of the learners. Finally, based on the theory model and based on the SECI model of knowledge innovation to Universities The user needs of the knowledge sharing platform of creative guest education are divided and analyzed, and the main functions and characteristic functions of the platform are designed and elaborated. Based on the characteristics of the 2 era of innovation, the research on the resource construction of the educational knowledge sharing platform for the creative people in Colleges and universities is studied, and the problems in the resource construction are discussed, and the level of knowledge sharing is put forward. The system framework of platform resources construction, through the analysis of the needs of user information resources and the characteristics of information resources, discusses the content and measures of the information resources construction, and constructs the incentive mechanism of the knowledge sharing platform for the education of creating guests in Colleges and universities. The platform design scheme has been revised. The platform for platform design is revised. The platform of knowledge sharing in higher education has made up for the drawbacks of the traditional knowledge sharing platform, emphasizing the light communication between the resources and the light communication. It is of great significance to improve the level of knowledge sharing.
