【摘要】：基于全國范圍內(nèi)大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量微觀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),選取十項大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評價指標,從總體和分類別兩個角度對大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)質(zhì)量進行了測算和比較。大學畢業(yè)生總體的就業(yè)質(zhì)量不高;性別、婚姻狀況、政治面貌對大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響并不明顯,就業(yè)質(zhì)量得分隨專、本、碩學歷層次的提升而增加;隨收入水平的提高,大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量得分呈增加、減少、再增加的趨勢。要提高大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量需從完善勞動法律法規(guī)、建立高效一體的勞動力市場、提高最低工資水平、降低大學生的人力資本投資風險和提高大學畢業(yè)生的人力資本收益五個方面入手。
[Abstract]:Based on the microcosmic survey data of the employment quality of college graduates in the whole country, the employment quality of university graduates is measured and compared from the overall and the sub-category perspectives. Ten evaluation indexes of the employment quality of university graduates are selected. The overall employment quality of college graduates is not high; the influence of gender, marital status and political outlook on the employment quality of college graduates is not obvious. College graduates' employment quality scores increased, decreased, and then increased. In order to improve the employment quality of college graduates, it is necessary to improve the labor laws and regulations, establish an efficient labor market, and raise the minimum wage level. To reduce the risk of human capital investment of college students and to improve the human capital income of college graduates.
