【摘要】：國務(wù)院印發(fā)的《統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)總體方案》實(shí)施以來,圍繞何謂"雙一流"和如何建設(shè)"雙一流"等問題,學(xué)界開展了諸多討論。但高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如何建設(shè)這個(gè)核心問題并未引起學(xué)界和高校的足夠重視。是繼續(xù)沿用西方的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)"雙一流",還是創(chuàng)建中國文化底蘊(yùn)的高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?顯然,建設(shè)中國文化底蘊(yùn)的高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)刻不容緩。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "overall Plan for promoting the Construction of the first Class Universities and First-class disciplines" issued by the State Council, many discussions have been held in academic circles on what is "double first-class" and how to build "double first-class". However, the core problem of how to construct the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities has not been paid enough attention to by academic circles and universities. Should we continue to use the Western standards to build "double first-class", or create the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities based on Chinese culture? Obviously, it is urgent to construct the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities.
