《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:目的:1.建立《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)。2.利用Delphi專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)法對(duì)《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行論證,使之更符合國(guó)家建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為精品資源共享課的建設(shè)提供參考。3.將《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)應(yīng)用到《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課的建設(shè)中,保障其建設(shè)的有序進(jìn)行。4.為高校教師、學(xué)生以及社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理基本技術(shù)教學(xué)資源。方法:1.采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外開(kāi)放教育資源和精品資源共享課建設(shè)指標(biāo)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行理論分析、比較、綜合分析,結(jié)合臨床護(hù)理崗位需求調(diào)查,收集專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn),初步擬定《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)并設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。2.采取小組討論法,對(duì)《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)及調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行討論,反復(fù)征求專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn),修訂咨詢(xún)問(wèn)卷,形成正式調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。3.采用Delphi法對(duì)21名專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行2輪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,針對(duì)該三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)的必要性、技術(shù)可行性、人力可行性及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性展開(kāi)咨詢(xún);根據(jù)課題組討論擬定指標(biāo)篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)咨詢(xún)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,最終確定三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:1.兩輪專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)的應(yīng)答率分別為95.2%、100%,充分反映了專(zhuān)家們對(duì)本研究的關(guān)心和支持。2.專(zhuān)家的權(quán)威系數(shù)均值為0.801,表明專(zhuān)家對(duì)所咨詢(xún)的問(wèn)題較熟悉,可認(rèn)為專(zhuān)家的權(quán)威程度高。3.兩輪調(diào)查后肯德?tīng)枀f(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.58~0.68,表明專(zhuān)家對(duì)指標(biāo)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)漸趨一致,可信度高,結(jié)果可取。4.確定了《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課51項(xiàng)三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo),評(píng)估了各指標(biāo)的必要性、技術(shù)可行性、人力可行性及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。結(jié)論:1.專(zhuān)家合作程度及權(quán)威程度高,專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)協(xié)調(diào)性較好,所形成的三級(jí)建設(shè)指標(biāo)實(shí)用性、可操作性強(qiáng)。2.對(duì)《護(hù)理基本技術(shù)》精品資源共享課的建設(shè)具有一定的預(yù)測(cè)意義和可操作性,但仍需在應(yīng)用中進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證和完善。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. Establish the "basic nursing technology" excellent resource sharing class three-level construction index. 2. Delphi expert consultation method was used to demonstrate the three-level construction index of "basic nursing technology" to make it more in line with the national construction standard, and to provide reference for the construction of high-quality resource sharing course. The three-level construction index of "basic nursing technology" quality resource sharing course was applied to the construction of "basic nursing technology" quality resource sharing course, and the construction of the course was ensured to proceed orderly. 4. To provide high-quality nursing teaching resources for college teachers, students and social learners. Method 1: 1. By using the method of literature review, this paper makes a theoretical analysis, comparison, comprehensive analysis, combined with the investigation of the demands of clinical nursing posts, and collects the expert opinions on the construction indexes of open education resources and high-quality resources sharing courses at home and abroad. Draw up the three-level construction index of the quality resource sharing course and design the questionnaire. 2. Adopting the method of group discussion, this paper discusses the three-level construction index and questionnaire of "basic Nursing Technology" resource sharing course, repeatedly solicits the opinions of experts, revises the consultation questionnaire, and forms the formal questionnaire .3. In this paper, 21 experts were investigated by using Delphi method, the necessity, technical feasibility, manpower feasibility and risk of the three-level construction index were consulted, and the selection criteria were drawn up according to the discussion of the project group. The results of the consultation are analyzed and the three-level construction indicators are finally determined. The result is 1: 1. The response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 95.2 and 100 respectively, which fully reflected the concern and support of the experts to this study. The average authority coefficient of the expert is 0.801, which indicates that the expert is familiar with the question consulted and can be considered as having a high degree of authority. After two rounds of investigation, Kendall coordination coefficient is 0.58 and 0.68, which indicates that experts' understanding of the importance of indicators is gradually consistent, and the reliability is high. The result is desirable. 4. In this paper, 51 tertiary construction indexes of "basic nursing technology" quality resource sharing course were determined, and the necessity, technical feasibility, manpower feasibility and risk of each index were evaluated. Conclusion 1. The degree of cooperation and authority of experts is high, the coordination of expert opinions is good, the three-level construction index is practical and operable. 2. 2. It has certain predictive significance and maneuverability to the construction of "basic nursing technology" excellent resource sharing course, but it still needs to be further verified and perfected in application.
