【摘要】：促進(jìn)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目落地轉(zhuǎn)化是深化高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的重要路徑,探究運(yùn)營(yíng)創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)型學(xué)生組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力有助于完善高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的體制機(jī)制。本文旨在運(yùn)用管理熵理論構(gòu)建高校創(chuàng)業(yè)型學(xué)生組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力測(cè)度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,基于Brusselator模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證機(jī)理分析,研究結(jié)果表明,內(nèi)部管理效率、激勵(lì)制度、信息渠道、資產(chǎn)收益率和外部環(huán)境的資源滲透力度是影響創(chuàng)業(yè)型學(xué)生組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要要素,從而為高校創(chuàng)業(yè)型學(xué)生組織的管理提出可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to promote the transformation of entrepreneurial projects in colleges and universities. It is helpful to improve the institutional mechanism of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities by exploring the sustainable development ability of entrepreneurial students in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to construct the evaluation index system of the sustainable development ability of entrepreneurial students in colleges and universities by using the management entropy theory. The empirical mechanism is analyzed based on Brusselator model. The results show that internal management efficiency, incentive system, and information channels. The rate of return on assets and the strength of resource penetration in the external environment are the important factors that affect the sustainable development of entrepreneurial student organizations, thus putting forward feasible suggestions for the management of entrepreneurial student organizations in colleges and universities.
