大學生勇敢品質及其培育研究

【摘要】:在人類進步文化中,勇敢始終作為一種道德性的精神品質,促進著國家發(fā)展、社會進步和個人成長。國家需要“勇敢”才能始終屹立于世界民族之林;社會需要“勇敢”才能守護正義、維護良好的發(fā)展秩序;個人需要“勇敢”才能克服自我的局限,實現(xiàn)人格品質的提升。大學生是社會未來發(fā)展的主力軍,承擔著國家、社會和家庭賦予的責任與義務,但在部分大學生身上存在著知行脫節(jié)的懦弱品性問題,在面對個人、家庭和社會的需要和危難時他們逃避與膽怯,不敢直面現(xiàn)實的困境,歸根結底,是缺乏“勇敢”。與此同時,高校對大學生勇敢品質的塑造重視不夠,未能較好地培育大學生適應現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展所需要的“勇敢”品質。因此,培育大學生的勇敢品質具有現(xiàn)實意義。文章從“勇敢”的概念闡釋出發(fā),辨析了“勇敢”與“勇氣”等相關概念的異同,在汲取學界的研究成果的基礎上,筆者給出了自己對“勇敢”的認識:所謂勇敢既是人的一種品質,也是一種精神力量,是反映一定社會或階級要求的相對穩(wěn)定的積極作為的態(tài)度與傾向。在此基礎上,針對大學生這一特殊群體,文章提出了“大學生勇敢”品質的概念,揭示了大學生應該具有的、區(qū)別于其他群體的“勇敢”品質之內涵,并對當代大學生中存在的“勇敢”品質狀況作了分析和描述,進而提出了大學生勇敢品質的理想樣態(tài),包括社會層面的、家庭層面的和個人層面的理想的勇敢樣態(tài)。以這一理想樣態(tài)為評判標準,文章展開了大學生勇敢品質培育的基本思路及其途徑的探索,比如,解決大學生勇敢品質培育中的認知難題、引導其勇敢品質培育的態(tài)度傾向,明確培育大學生勇敢品質的價值意義等,以及如何以歷史事件、以典型人物、以社會服務等為抓手,培育大學生勇敢品質之社會擔當;如何以感恩父母、家庭磨難等為切入點,培育大學生勇敢品質之家庭擔當;以及如何以大學生的學業(yè)挫折、情感挫折、生命價值教育為契機,培育大學生勇敢品質之個人擔當。勇敢作為人的內在品質和精神力量,是促使個人養(yǎng)成其他道德品性的基礎。培育大學生的勇敢品質,對于當代大學生更好地認知自我,形成正確的價值觀念和人生態(tài)度,從而更好的承擔和履行自己應該承擔的責任與義務,并推動社會文明發(fā)展是有積極意義的。
[Abstract]:In the culture of human progress, bravery has always been a moral spiritual quality, promoting national development, social progress and personal growth. The nation needs "bravery" to stand among the nations of the world, the society needs "bravery" to protect justice and maintain good development order, and the individual needs "bravery" to overcome the limitation of oneself and to achieve the improvement of personality quality. College students are the main force in the future development of society, and they bear the responsibilities and obligations entrusted by the country, society and family. But in some college students, there is a cowardly problem of disjointed knowledge and behavior, and they are facing the individual. When families and society need and crisis they escape and timidity, dare not face the dilemma of reality, in the final analysis, lack of "bravery". At the same time, colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the shaping of students' brave qualities, and fail to cultivate the "brave" qualities that college students need to adapt to the development of modern society. Therefore, it is of practical significance to cultivate the courage of college students. Based on the explanation of the concept of "bravery", this paper distinguishes the similarities and differences between the concepts of "bravery" and "courage", and draws on the research results of academic circles. The author gives his own understanding of "bravery": the so-called bravery is not only a quality of human beings, but also a kind of spiritual strength, is a relatively stable attitude and tendency to reflect the demands of a certain society or class. On this basis, aiming at the college students as a special group, this paper puts forward the concept of "college students' bravery", and reveals the connotation of "bravery" qualities that college students should have, which are different from other groups. This paper also analyzes and describes the status of "bravery" quality in contemporary college students, and then puts forward the ideal appearance of college students' bravery quality, including the ideal bravery at the social level, the family level and the individual level. Taking this ideal pattern as the criterion, the paper explores the basic ideas and ways of cultivating the bravery quality of college students, such as solving the cognitive problems in the cultivation of the students' brave qualities and guiding their attitude tendency of cultivating the brave qualities. To make clear the value and significance of cultivating college students' brave character, and how to cultivate the social responsibility of college students' brave character with historical events, typical figures and social service, and how to take Thanksgiving parents and family tribulations as the starting point. And how to take the opportunity of academic frustration, emotional frustration and life value education to cultivate the individual responsibility of college students' bravery quality. Courage, as a person's inner quality and spiritual strength, is the basis of encouraging individuals to develop other moral qualities. To cultivate the courage of college students, to better recognize themselves, to form the correct values and attitudes towards life, so as to better assume and perform their own responsibilities and obligations, And promote the development of social civilization is of positive significance.
