德國卓越教師教育計(jì)劃:目標(biāo)和路徑

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今日新月異、瞬息萬變的現(xiàn)代社會(huì),卓越的人才是國家發(fā)展和相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中永恒不變的追求。人才的培養(yǎng)則是深深扎根于教育的,而教師教育則是整個(gè)教育事業(yè)的堅(jiān)實(shí)基石,因此教師教育日益受到各國的重視。針對(duì)不斷變化和發(fā)展著的教育理念和現(xiàn)象,各國教育屆人士進(jìn)行了大量的探討,積極地建言獻(xiàn)策。同時(shí)各國政府也逐漸推行和普及卓越教師教育理念,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)代教育發(fā)展的需要,培養(yǎng)出更加優(yōu)秀的人才。本研究以德國卓越教師教育計(jì)劃的目標(biāo)和路徑為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其主體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,并對(duì)德國卓越教師教育計(jì)劃的發(fā)展做了詳細(xì)的介紹,表明了該理念提出的優(yōu)越性以及其對(duì)德國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的巨大促進(jìn)作用,這對(duì)我國教師教育的發(fā)展也是大有裨益的。本研究共有4個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,介紹了研究緣由、研究意義、在查找和總結(jié)了大量的中英文資料和文獻(xiàn)的前提下,提出了本研究的研究現(xiàn)狀、和研究方法。第二部分則介紹了德國卓越教師教育計(jì)劃的提出背景、主要內(nèi)容和培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、內(nèi)涵,從而為第三部分,卓越教師教育計(jì)劃的路徑奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在第三部分中,本研究著重探討了德國職前教育的改革模式,從而對(duì)德國卓越教師教育建立起了比較全面的了解。第四部分本研究則介紹了德國卓越教師教育計(jì)劃對(duì)我國教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展的積極啟示。本研究通過對(duì)德國教師教育的發(fā)展概況的分析和總結(jié),揚(yáng)長避短,以期為我國現(xiàn)代教育改革事業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行提供優(yōu)秀的可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In today's rapidly changing and ever-changing modern society, outstanding talents are the eternal pursuit of national development and mutual competition. The cultivation of talents is deeply rooted in education, and teacher education is the solid foundation of the whole education cause, so teachers' education is paid more and more attention by all countries. In view of the changing and developing educational concepts and phenomena, the educators from all over the world have carried out a lot of discussions and made positive suggestions. At the same time, the governments of various countries have gradually promoted and popularized the concept of excellent teacher education, in order to meet the needs of the development of contemporary education and cultivate more outstanding talents. This research takes the goal and path of the German excellent teacher Education Plan as the research object, expounds its main content in detail, and introduces the development of the German excellent teacher Education Plan in detail. It shows the superiority of this idea and its great promotion to the development of German education, which is also of great benefit to the development of teacher education in our country. There are four parts in this study. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the reason and significance of the research. On the premise of finding and summarizing a large number of Chinese and English materials and literature, the present research situation and research methods of this study are put forward. The second part introduces the background, main contents, training standards and connotations of the German excellent teacher Education Plan, thus laying a solid foundation for the third part, the path of the excellent teacher Education Plan. In the third part, this study focuses on the reform model of German pre-service education, thus establishing a more comprehensive understanding of German excellent teacher education. The fourth part of this study introduces the German excellent teacher education program for the development of education in China. Through the analysis and summary of the development of teacher education in Germany, this study aims to provide excellent experience for reference for the smooth progress of modern education reform in our country.
