現(xiàn)代大學(xué)中“人格之治”的特殊意蘊(yùn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代大學(xué)治理日趨重視"人"的主體地位,強(qiáng)調(diào)治理者具備高尚人格發(fā)展水平,注重治理方式符合人格發(fā)展規(guī)律,關(guān)注治理所涉及主體的人格都能得到健康發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)"人格之治"的內(nèi)涵和外延,以"人格之治"的古今中外存在狀態(tài)、發(fā)展脈絡(luò)作為切入點(diǎn),探討了"人格之治"和"人治"的聯(lián)系和區(qū)別,分析了"人格之治"對(duì)于大學(xué)辦學(xué)和人才培養(yǎng)的特殊作用。這就是:"人格之治"能促使政府的教育行政從"過度"向"有限"轉(zhuǎn)變,要求校長(zhǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)從"官本位"到"教育本位"的角色轉(zhuǎn)換,明確教師的行政追求與學(xué)術(shù)追求的界限,敦促學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與治理并以此促進(jìn)其人格健康發(fā)展。依據(jù)這一特殊性,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)可以從"人格之治"的原理出發(fā),改進(jìn)治理方式,明確治理目的,優(yōu)化治理途徑,建設(shè)啟迪人性的大學(xué)共同體。
[Abstract]:Modern university governance pays more and more attention to the subject status of "human", emphasizes that the governer has the high level of personality development, pays attention to the way of governance accords with the law of personality development, and pays close attention to the healthy development of the personality of the subject involved in governance. According to the connotation and extension of "the Rule of Personality", the paper discusses the connection and difference between "the Rule of Personality" and "Rule of Man" by taking the existing state of "Rule of Personality" and the developing context as the starting point. This paper analyzes the special function of "the governance of personality" for the running of universities and the cultivation of talents. This is: "the governance of personality" can make the educational administration of the government change from "excessive" to "limited", require the principal to realize the transformation from "official standard" to "education standard", and clarify the boundary between the administrative pursuit and academic pursuit of teachers. Urge students to actively participate in governance and thus promote their healthy development of personality. According to this particularity, modern universities can improve the way of governance, make clear the purpose of governance, optimize the ways of governance, and construct the university community which enlightens human nature from the principle of "governance of personality".
