【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建研究生學位論文質(zhì)量評價指標體系,改進現(xiàn)有評價標準。方法本研究采用文獻分析法回顧學習相關(guān)理論知識,擬定研究生學位論文質(zhì)量評價指標體系框架及指標條目初步方案;采用Delphi法對12名專家進行咨詢,對指標進行篩選和修正;采用層次分析法計算各指標權(quán)重;采用秩和比法進行綜合評價并合理分級。采用分層隨機抽樣方法抽取2008-2015年研究生學位論文共642篇進行實證研究。指標體系的信度評價采用Cronbachαα系數(shù),效度評價采用探索性因子分析方法。采用IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,以P≤0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)果本研究構(gòu)建了由9個一級指標和52個二級指標構(gòu)成的指標體系,其中"選題及科研設(shè)計"下屬指標權(quán)重最大,"材料與方法"、"結(jié)果"、"討論"、"文獻綜述"次之,"論文題目"、"摘要"、"引言"及"其他注意問題"比重較小。指標體系整體內(nèi)部一致性信度Cronbach a=0.902;探索性因子分析共提取6個因子,分別命名為"文字表述"、"研究方法"、"資料分析"、"寫作規(guī)范"、"文獻綜述"、"選題",累計貢獻率50.32%。實證研究結(jié)果與秩和比法結(jié)果呈正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.942(P0.05);秩和比法回歸方程為RSR=0.100+0.080×Probit,根據(jù)Probit值將實測對象分為優(yōu)秀、良好、及格和不及格四檔。結(jié)論本研究建立了由9個一級指標,52個二級指標構(gòu)成的研究生學位論文質(zhì)量評價指標體系,并通過實測評價發(fā)現(xiàn)該指標體系整體信度較好,結(jié)構(gòu)效度尚不理想,且與傳統(tǒng)的秩和比綜合評價法結(jié)果一致性高,說明該指標體系整體上科學、合理、有效,具有應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation index system of graduate degree thesis quality and improve the existing evaluation standard. Methods in this study, literature analysis method was used to review and study relevant theoretical knowledge, to draw up the framework of evaluation index system of graduate thesis quality and the preliminary project of index items, to use Delphi method to consult 12 experts, and to screen and revise the index. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the weight of each index, and the rank sum ratio method is used for comprehensive evaluation and reasonable grading. A total of 642 graduate theses from 2008 to 2015 were selected by stratified random sampling for empirical research. The reliability of the index system was evaluated by Cronbach 偽 偽 coefficient, and the validity was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis.
