【摘要】：基于2015年全國17個(gè)省(區(qū)、市)的28所高校的抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)對學(xué)生的畢業(yè)去向影響顯著。2015年呈現(xiàn)出"已確定單位"比例與"待就業(yè)"比例"雙降"的現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)、靈活就業(yè)、升學(xué)、出國出境的比例都顯著提升。第二,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r是就業(yè)機(jī)會和工作狀況的決定因素。東部高校因地緣優(yōu)勢在求職中處于有利地位。在東部地區(qū)、大中城市、新興服務(wù)業(yè)(金融和IT)、三資企業(yè)和國有企業(yè)、從事管理和技術(shù)工作的畢業(yè)生可以獲得更高的收入。而這些地區(qū)、城市、行業(yè)、部門、崗位確實(shí)也是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的主要去向。第三,人力資本對求職結(jié)果和起薪均有顯著的影響。人力資本的影響突出體現(xiàn)在個(gè)人學(xué)歷層次、學(xué)歷數(shù)量和高校聲譽(yù)方面。第四,家庭背景對畢業(yè)生求職結(jié)果和起薪的作用顯著。來自高收入、父母有文化、社會關(guān)系廣泛家庭的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)機(jī)會多,并且工作收入水平也高。
[Abstract]:Based on the sample survey data of 28 universities in 17 provinces (districts and municipalities) in China in 2015, the empirical analysis shows that: first, The new normal economy has a significant impact on the students' graduation destination. In 2015, the proportion of "determined units" and "waiting for employment" decreased, while the proportion of independent entrepreneurship, flexible employment, advanced education and going abroad increased significantly. Second, economic development is the decisive factor of employment opportunities and working conditions. Eastern colleges and universities are in a favorable position in job hunting because of their geographical advantages. In the eastern region, large and medium-sized cities, emerging services (finance and ITT), triple ventures and state-owned enterprises, graduates in managerial and technical jobs can earn higher incomes. These areas, cities, industries, departments and jobs are indeed the main destinations for graduate employment. Third, human capital has a significant impact on job search results and starting salary. The influence of human capital is reflected in the level of individual education, the number of academic qualifications and the reputation of colleges and universities. Fourth, the family background has a significant effect on the graduates'job search results and starting salary. Graduates from high-income, well-educated and well-connected families have more job opportunities and higher levels of work income.
