【摘要】：正對于教師表現(xiàn)進行全面系統(tǒng)的觀察,以確定教師的行為對于學術(shù)單位的價值。給拿到終身教職的教師非常大的自由性,讓他們從事有保障且無束縛的教學科研工作。廣泛采用匿名同行評價和國際同行評價,保障學術(shù)評價的科學公正性。在評價模式架構(gòu)上,美國高校一般都構(gòu)建符合自身特色的教師績效評估系統(tǒng)。一個合理的教師績效評價系統(tǒng)被描述為:對于教師表現(xiàn)進行全面系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:A comprehensive and systematic observation of teacher performance is carried out to determine the value of teacher behavior to academic institutions. Give tenure teachers great freedom to engage in secure and unfettered teaching and research. Anonymous peer review and international peer evaluation are widely used to ensure the scientific fairness of academic evaluation. In the framework of evaluation model, American colleges and universities generally build their own characteristics of teacher performance evaluation system. A reasonable teacher performance evaluation system is described as a comprehensive system for teacher performance
