【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代是一個(gè)物質(zhì)充裕、信息爆炸、個(gè)人訴求增多的時(shí)代,社會(huì)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出了越來(lái)越多的新特征,物質(zhì)生活的滿足開(kāi)始促使人們?nèi)プ啡ジ邔哟蔚木裆?追求個(gè)人價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),也越來(lái)越追求社會(huì)的公平與正義,所以公眾開(kāi)始把關(guān)注點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向公益事業(yè),希望通過(guò)公益活動(dòng)為社會(huì)做些力所能及的事情,將社會(huì)價(jià)值與個(gè)人價(jià)值統(tǒng)一起來(lái),達(dá)到共贏的狀態(tài)。加上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為公眾提供了一個(gè)低成本和高便捷的信息、價(jià)值等的交互手段,使以往容易被忽略掉的認(rèn)知、價(jià)值等盈余得到分享,其速度快、覆蓋廣、表達(dá)清晰的屬性更容易讓人們慢慢形成關(guān)注社會(huì)公益的習(xí)慣,公益理念、公益方式等的傳播速度借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)得到了極大提高,大大降低了傳播成本�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代高校學(xué)生參與公益活動(dòng)具有一定的學(xué)理依據(jù),馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家、中國(guó)化馬克思主義、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中都有關(guān)于公益的思想;而高校學(xué)生作為我國(guó)公益活動(dòng)的積極參與者,其具有理論性和實(shí)踐性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn),彰顯了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代發(fā)展公益的優(yōu)勢(shì),以及高校學(xué)生參與公益活動(dòng)的價(jià)值,在我國(guó)公益活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著突出的作用,高校公益也成為我國(guó)公益事業(yè)不可分割的重要組成部分,對(duì)高校學(xué)生在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代參與公益活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,梳理出問(wèn)題,找出相應(yīng)的原因,最后提出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)高校學(xué)生積極參與公益活動(dòng)的路徑,包括正確公益理念的確立、健全的法治環(huán)境的約束、學(xué)校教育的激勵(lì)機(jī)制等,提高高校學(xué)生參與公益活動(dòng)的積極性。
[Abstract]:The Internet age is an era of abundant material, exploding information and increasing personal demands. The development of society has presented more and more new features. The satisfaction of material life has started to urge people to pursue higher spiritual life. The pursuit of individual value and the realization of social value are also increasingly pursuing social fairness and justice. So the public began to turn their attention to public welfare undertakings, hoping to do what they can for society through public welfare activities. Unifying social and personal values to achieve a win-win situation. In addition, Internet technology provides the public with a low-cost and highly convenient interactive means of information, value, etc., which makes it possible to share the value surplus, which is easily ignored in the past, and its speed and coverage. It is easier for people to form the habit of paying close attention to the social public welfare, the public welfare idea, the public welfare way and so on. The communication speed has been greatly improved with the help of the Internet technology, which has greatly reduced the communication cost. In the Internet era, there is a certain theoretical basis for college students to participate in public welfare activities. Marxist classical writers, Marxism in China, and Chinese traditional culture all have ideas on public welfare. As an active participant in public welfare activities in China, college students are characterized by strong theoretical and practical advantages, which demonstrate the advantages of developing public welfare in the Internet era and the value of college students' participation in public welfare activities. It plays a prominent role in the public welfare activities in our country, and the public welfare of colleges and universities has become an inseparable and important part of our country's public welfare undertakings. This paper analyzes the current situation of college students' participation in public welfare activities in the Internet age, and combs out the problems. Find out the corresponding reasons, finally put forward the Internet era to guide and encourage college students to actively participate in public welfare activities, including the establishment of a correct concept of public welfare, a sound legal environment constraints, school education incentive mechanism, etc. Improve the enthusiasm of college students to participate in public welfare activities.
