【摘要】:社會(huì)責(zé)任是道德規(guī)范體系中最為核心的部分,個(gè)人只有在對(duì)社會(huì)和他人的責(zé)任中,才能體現(xiàn)出自身的價(jià)值和尊嚴(yán)。社會(huì)責(zé)任既能為社會(huì)與人的和諧發(fā)展提供不竭的精神動(dòng)力,又能提升人的文明化和社會(huì)化程度。大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)的培育是大學(xué)生道德教育的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性工程!90后”大學(xué)生作為21世紀(jì)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,中華民族偉大復(fù)興的生力軍,其社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)的強(qiáng)弱,不但關(guān)系到自身的成長與成才,而且直接影響著中國未來道德文明的發(fā)展方向和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。遵循邏輯與歷史相統(tǒng)一的原則,以“90后”大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育為研究目標(biāo),通過實(shí)證調(diào)查,客觀揭示了 “90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀和影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了其社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開研究:從大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)相關(guān)概念探討入手,通過對(duì)馬克思主義關(guān)于社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)及其培育相關(guān)理論的梳理,明確了責(zé)任判斷的依據(jù),為“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。以史為鑒,通過對(duì)新中國建立以來我國大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)及其培育內(nèi)容的歷時(shí)性梳理,探尋出不同歷史階段,大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)與國家、社會(huì)的緊密關(guān)系以及在各個(gè)時(shí)期的具體特點(diǎn),為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育提供歷史的借鑒和思考。“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀既是以往社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育效果的回應(yīng),也是未來社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。通過問卷的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),對(duì)大學(xué)生的自我責(zé)任意識(shí)、對(duì)家庭的責(zé)任意識(shí)、對(duì)他人的責(zé)任意識(shí)、對(duì)集體的責(zé)任意識(shí)、對(duì)國家的責(zé)任意識(shí)、對(duì)人類社會(huì)的責(zé)任意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證調(diào)查,對(duì)影響“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)的個(gè)體特征、學(xué)校環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境等因素進(jìn)行了深入分析,為“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育對(duì)策提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)的依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文從環(huán)境育人、宣傳育人和實(shí)踐育人以及培育理念等方面提出了社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的有效對(duì)策:優(yōu)化社會(huì)、學(xué)校和家庭等育人環(huán)境;加強(qiáng)宣傳教育和實(shí)踐教育,重視榜樣示范作用、重視社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的培育以及校園活動(dòng)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐的育人功能;遵循科學(xué)的育人理念,充分尊重大學(xué)生主體性的發(fā)揮,注重培育的層次性、差異性和協(xié)同性,以實(shí)現(xiàn)全方位多層次地促進(jìn)大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)提升的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Social responsibility is the core part of the moral system. Only in the responsibility to the society and others can the individual embody his own value and dignity. Social responsibility can not only provide inexhaustible spiritual power for the harmonious development of society and human beings, but also promote the civilization and socialization of human beings. The cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility is a basic project of college students' moral education. As the constructors and successors of the socialist cause in the 21st century, the post-90s college students are the fresh troops of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Its social responsibility consciousness is not only related to its own growth and development, but also directly affects the future development direction and modernization process of China's moral civilization. Following the principle of the unity of logic and history, taking the post-90s college students as the research object, and taking the cultivation of the post-90s college students' social responsibility consciousness as the research goal, through the empirical investigation, This paper objectively reveals the present situation and influencing factors of the social responsibility consciousness of the post-90s college students, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the cultivation of their social responsibility consciousness on this basis. Mainly from the following several aspects: from the university students' social responsibility consciousness related concept discussion, through the Marxism regarding the social responsibility consciousness and the cultivation correlation theory combing, has clarified the responsibility judgment basis, It provides a solid theoretical basis for the cultivation of social responsibility consciousness of post-1990 college students. Taking history as a mirror, through the diachronic analysis of the sense of social responsibility and its cultivating content of college students since the founding of New China, this paper explores the different historical stages, the consciousness of social responsibility of college students and the state. The close relationship of society and the specific characteristics of each period, The present situation of social responsibility consciousness of post-90s college students is not only the response of the cultivation effect of social responsibility consciousness in the past, but also the realistic foundation of the cultivation of social responsibility consciousness in the future. Through the design and development of the questionnaire, the self-responsibility consciousness, the family responsibility consciousness, the responsibility consciousness to others, the collective responsibility consciousness, the national responsibility consciousness to the university students, the responsibility consciousness to the family, the responsibility consciousness to the group, the responsibility consciousness to the country, This paper makes an empirical investigation on the present situation of the responsibility consciousness of human society, and analyzes the factors influencing the social responsibility consciousness of the post-90s college students, such as individual characteristics, school environment, family environment, social environment and so on. It provides the realistic basis for cultivating the social responsibility consciousness of the post-1990 college students. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to cultivate the sense of social responsibility from the aspects of environmental education, propaganda and practice, and cultivation idea, such as optimizing the education environment of society, school and family, strengthening propaganda and practical education, and so on. We should attach importance to the role of role models, the cultivation of socialist core values and the educational functions of campus activities and social practices, follow the scientific concept of educating people, fully respect the subjectivity of college students, and pay attention to the levels of cultivation. In order to achieve the goal of promoting the awareness of social responsibility of college students in all directions and levels.
